it's powerful stuff. I also experienced elimination of depression/anxiety/PMS on raw diet. This was after going through hell of a detox for a couple of weeks

You go man, I beat a crippling anxiety disorder(severe OCD) with a raw vegan(mainly fruitarian) diet and exercise. I'm also hoping to run an ultra in the comming years. Much love bro!
