All men like Rudyard Kipling collected donations for general dyer after he lost his job. General dyer received a huge amount of donations akin to nobel price for what he had done. Here we laud Kipling for his jungle book story. He supported colonialism . I vaguely remember that his book KIm which supported colonialism was thrown under rail by tilak. As an Indian I refuse to watch or read Jungle Book as it is by a man who lacked ethics

D commies wanted a hero so they chose him because he “read their material” and was “inspired” by them 😂😂. Nothing more. He wasn’t a hero or anything. He was brave and did something brave; but didn’t change anything real. He was overhyped. He should b thanked for his sacrifice ofc. But a hero worship was to create false heroes and keep d real ones down, like Sardar or Savarkar or Bose. It’s to keep their boots on ur neck with false history so u believe u need them. To trust that u or ur ancestors couldn’t have done anything without them.

    • @locusstandi8329

@@RojaJaneman They even bungled up the assassination of Scott and killed someone else. Apparently Bhagat is portrayed as intelligent and well read and Udham as not very educated.
But Udham killed the right guy Dwyer and shot 2 others he intended to kill singlehandedly. Got all his targets right unlike Bhagat, Rajguru and Azad who killed the wrong guy instead.
They were all members of HSRA though including Udham. That too Udham went across seven seas to do it alone. These guys couldn't get it right on their own land. Their intentions might be good but they were not competent. Udham was very competent. He achieved beyond the wildest dreams of Bhagat, Rajguru and Azad.

They are worthy of respect and a prayer of awakening the people who needed a leader for freedom . So is Uddham Sing .we are grateful to them for the courage they showed at such a young age.
Do we have the same courage today? No we depend on the Govt and Supreme Courts for everything. Gandhi was the cause of all the misery the Hindus faced.

@@padmamazumdar1012 They were incompetent and couldn''t get the assassination of one guy right. They were amateurs and unnecessarily romanticized for armed struggle just like someone else was romanticized for Non Violence. There were many far greater Indian men and Indian revolutionaries than Bhagat many of whom remain unnamed. I'm no fan of Bolsheviks or Communism but Indians glorify Bhagat as if he were Che Guevara. Che Guevara and Fidel freed Cuba from US and Western Stooges and they did so in other countries too. I don't consider them heroes they committed genocide of their own people but they were great fighters and revolutionaries. Bhagat wasn't even 1/1000th of their fighting prowess. Tomorrow any kid can declare himself a revolutionary or freedom fighter and be as incompetent as Bhagat. Doesn't mean he becomes a revolutionary or freedom fighter just because he declares himself one. Udham Singh on the other hand was the genuine article, a true revolutionary and freedom fighter. Look at Algerians they literally threw the French out.

Non violence is not non action…..
    .
    .
How do you determine the outcome of a difference of opinion… a disagreement….
    .
    .
With violence ? Whoever has more guns, ability to kill is right ? That was the standard before Gandhi
    .
    .
Gandhi threatened that……. He invented non violence as a more powerful weapon than the might of the British empire with all their military power…….
    .
    .
    .
Right is determined by the merits of the case…… not by who can kill the most…..
    .
    .
That’s the rule of the jungle, not of civilized people.
    .
    .
It destroyed the “moral “ basis of being right by the British empire and even the French and Dutch and all empires.
So many countries achieved independence because of Gandhi and his principle of “how to determine right from wrong “….
    .
    .
Truly a unique soul, I don’t think the human race ever had someone as great as him or ever will.

I'm not so sure Gandhi's agitation for indigo farmers wasn't an elaborate setup. A successful process to manufacture synthetic indigo had been discovered in 1901 and indigo farming was increasingly becoming unviable. That's why the British indigo farm owners gave in so tamely.

School teachers should adopt inquiry based learning especially to teach history. Tell them the diffrent versions and show them the original sources. Let them research and form their own opinion instead of teaching from the text book.

Gandhiji's success to a great measure was due to the style of his leadership that was unique and unprecedented. More importantly, it was the intangible power of the rich heritage of our country which brought highly educated intellectuals of the country to come together for a common cause - Independence of the country. It was Gandhiji's leadership that translated the unity into purpose and provided cohesion among the divergent factions into a committed unit. People followed their leaders.
Gandhiji in his journrey from 1915 to 1948, when he was assasinated, came to be known as Gandhiji, Bapuji, Mahatma Gandhi ji and as Father of the Nation in Republic of India.
The title - Father of the Nation - reflects Gandhiji's instrumental role in India's fight for independence through his Nonviolent Resistance and Social Reform efforts.
In 1950 the newly formed nation came to be known as Republic of India, a single nation for the first time in the history.
Today at 77 years of independence, India has elected someone as leader for the third consecutive time. Interestingly the journey and the path chosen by this leader was diagonally opposite to that of Mahatma Gandhiji.
India is already 4th largest economy of the world and going to be 3-2-1. FX reserve is swelling and Sensex is breaking the ceiling everyday. Naturally, with India emerging as economic superpower, Dedollarisation with INR is going to be the reality very soon. India's prestige, power and position are set to rise further in the Global Circles. Govt claims to have controlled the inflation and acknowledged that unemployment and tax collection were rising even though the tax contribution by the corporates and the super rich is shrinking. Farmers are denied fair price for their produce and the producers of YT channels are hand picked for rewarding with National Creators Award. They are earning handsomely and many are celebrities. PM has turned himself into Non Biological and God like.
BJP is the noblest party ever to have ruled over this land of virtues. That is the only reason why and how we all Indians come to live in the Golden Age called Amrit Kaal. Our ancient heritage and the pride are fully claimed. All this happened after 2014. Until then India never knew about good governance, self reliance, development, technology, history, religion etc.
We alone have all the wisdom of the world and have the right to be nominated and acknowledged as Vishwa Guru by the rest of the world. Righteousness and the Superior Wisdom of our glorious heritage are given primacy over the Constitution. The values, drawn from hallowed & inspiring sacred sources, namely Sabyata - Parampara - Maryada - Sanskar - Sanskriti etc. are used extensively to replace Universal Democratic values such as Equality - Freedom - Rights - Justice - Diversity - Inclusivity - Federalism etc. The Republic will corrode and Constitution will become irrelevant while India will become Shresth Bharat.
Soon India will have a Supreme Leader, an Ayatollah like figure, who by virtue of heading the Parent Organisation will be allowed to excercise power over the Constitution. President, VP and Speaker are bowing before the PM. Elected PM will bow before the non-elected Supreme Leader. Parampara, .....
India will return to pre-independence type Feudal State with Varna based social order. That will mark the completion of restoring of our ancient heritage to it's original glory. Leadership and the govt have charted Amrit Kaal to collide the sacred goal of achieving - Uniformity over Unity - with the celebrations to mark the 100th anniversary of Independence in 2047.

    This is misleading
Gandhiji in Young India has clearly condemned the assassination and very clearly gives details of how a large number easily take to the sword and do not understand the underlying message of their religion
He also blamed the media for unnecessarily giving prominence to statements made by leaders thereby inciting people.
MKG did not know Rashid at all.
Let us read in detail about what happened before passing judgement
    There is enough material available
So, let us desist from becoming judge and jury
It has become a fad now

Gandhi haters collective is here. Ungrateful is the DNA. If only he was from the top layer of the Varnas(A)Dharm, he would be given the credit that he ( Gandhiji ) so richly deserves. Those who failed miserably to even lift their little fingers against the British Raj oppression, are now shamelessly concocting stories and as usual backstabbing the Soul that was almost single handedly instrumental in raising the Nation to Arise as One Man against the British.
    Ungrateful wrecks, these here! Period!!!
