    Love the channel! I am 51 and lost 20ish pounds but have stalled this year. I weigh 208, gonna try intermittent fasting. What do you eat in your 4 hour window? How much do you eat? What apps help you? Thank you! Tara from Texas. 🙏

      I follow a ketogenic diet. I also switch up my fasting hours. Fasting is such a great tool! Wishing you all the best 😊

      I like the ZERO app & the LIFE app for tracking my fasts. And I use Carb Manager to track my carbs, protein, and fats. 😊
