Glad to help
Thanks for abreasting us.
thank you for telling us
Thank you, in the new i-140 form, how should a full time graduate research assistant fill part 6?
Recall it is proposed endeavor. What job do you intend or propose to do? Look for the job SOC and fill in the details appropriately.
All the best.
Hi Prof Dan. Thanks for this excellent video. I have a question: I'already filled my EB2-NIW more than 100 days ago and now I'm filling my EB-1A. Do I need to fulfill Part 2, question 2a?
You are not amending your NIW. Instead, you are filing another category. Hence, you do not need to fulfill it.
@@ProfDantutorials Thank you so much Prof Dan, I'm reviewing my forms and your videos are helping me a lot. I already fixed my question 6. You're truly amazing.
@@alsvrj You welcome.
Thank you.
@16:06 Abeg, when filling "Expiration date of authorized stay" Adobe doesn't let me put numbers to put in D/S. What's the way around that? Can I type in all answers and still write some with ink after printing?
You can use a text box.
Alternatively, you can write by hand.
Thank you for the excellent video. I have a question, can you help me? You explain that I should mark YES on Part 1, Other Information, question 6 (25 or fewer full-time equivalent employees in the United States), but USCIS also informs: Possible evidence for small employers to support eligibility for the reduced Asylum Program Fee (and filing fee) is likely to include a copy of the petitioner’s most recent IRS Form 941, Employer’s Quarterly Federal Return or IRS Form 943 (Employer’ Annual Tax Return for Agricultural Workers). Could you please explain this?

The above should help.
Hi ProfDn, I am an EB-2 niw self petitioner and need to know if I have to get a "letter of interest" from a U.S. company to prove that I am well positioned to advance my endevour or does my past experiences and qualification prove this. Thanks for your response.
You do not have to get any of such a letter from a US company. There is no need for a job offer. However, if you really do have company interested in your skills, there is a way you can use that to strengthen your petition.
@@ProfDantutorials Thanks, ProfDan you're a true gentleman always willing to help. Much blessings to you.
I am a self petitioner. May i use my friend credit card information who is currently in US for I 140 fee payment
With your friend's consent, Yes.
And it is important your friend ensures that such amount of money is allowed and possible to be drawn from the account, to avoid unnecessary delay.
Hi ProfDan, for i907 are we the applicant or petitioner? I honestly dont know the difference between the two.
Part 1, Q 8, select Petitioner if you are filing i907 with i140-self petition
Thank you so much, ProfDan 🙏🏼
Hi Prof Dan
Thanks for explaining how we can avoid mistakes when filling out Form I-140. Although the EB-2 NIW is an employment-based visa, question 6a in form I-140 is related to the employer/job provider. How does it apply to a self-petitioner? I am unable to understand; it is very confusing.

The above video should be helpful. Watch from 6:56
This is very helpful. I got rejected for exactly the same reason.
@leforjoseph5371
Hope you have made corrections and re-submitted them?
What should I put in Part 6 #8 (wages) if I'm a self-petitioner without a job offer? Should I align this to the median wage of the job title I propose?
Also, can I use my credit card here in the Philippines to pay for the I-140 fee? The USCIS website states that "You may pay your filing fee and biometric services fee, if applicable, with a credit card issued by a U.S. bank. There is no additional cost to file by credit card. We cannot accept a credit card issued by a foreign bank."
Thank you.
Yes, align it with the median wage.
