That’s crazy they just came out a couple a years ago and someone fucked them up like. I still have mines looking VNDS and I worn them a handful of times.

When ever I see these angelus videos it always reminds me of my trip to the angelus store in Santa Fe springs Los Angeles. I was barely starting customs and to see all the custom shoes from the videos was just crazy and astonishing. Definitely encouraged me to work hard on customs. When things open back up I will most definitely go back. It’s just it’s own little experience and way cooler then just ordering online. They also hooked me up with free stickers and a drawstring backpack. Appreciate it angelus! 👌

I literally asked what colors should I mix to get shadow gray a month ago, this is perfect!

Mine is made like thick cloths don't know what kind of jordan coz im not fan just a gift. But problem i accidentally put bleach so the black part became lightr or fading. What should i use to bring back the color? Or what kind of paint should i use. The color of shoe almost same black and gray. Thank you

Angelus should make some jordan 1 metallic collectors edition.
Is the Shadow grey the same for the 2015 Low's? I can always start with it and adjust with white or black if not.
Crazy CorgiYT honestly most likely it is but you should just repaint all the grey areas if it’s a little off. Since they’re lows it’s not much to paint anyways

Noob Question:
Can you use the additive 2 Hard when using the airbrush? I've seen restorations that use the 50:50 or 75:25 for 2-hard/paint applied with bristle brushes, but not with air brush.
If yes, what would be the ratio of the paint/2 hard/2 thin?
Yes you could, but I would do 50:50 with about 5-10% of 2 thin just so it can spray nicely through the air brush.

Funny how im only a year in the sneaker game, and I own 16 pairs, and i have one custom made by a pro, and now im thinking of learning how to paint and start customizing sneakers for myself, friends etc, Ill update in a couple of years how this went! :)

Lustre creams is basically a lotion with dye in it. No paint

Any tips or ideas on painting 3M. I have a pair of 90’s and 97’s with silver 3M reflective paint on it and it’s coming off and looks old and dated. Is there any 3M paint I could use or if not , could I just paint normal angelus silver paint over it ? Thanks
Unfortunately we don't carry paint with 3M reflective properties. The metallic silver just has a metallic sheen and won't glow or shine in that same way. Your best bet is to research and find some reflective pigment to add to our Neutral paint. Check out a video from one of sponsored artist... this may help.

Angelus Shoe Polish Okay Thanks. Do you think the metallic silver would be okay for the 97 silver bullets ? I don’t really mind that much about the reflection it’s just to restore the shoe a bit.

This is an off topic question but is it possible to be able to mix normal paints to get pearlescent paints or just have them look similar to pearlescent paints. Thanks
I don’t think it would match as nicely as their actual pearlescent paints. But you could try mixing silver in each paint mix you do to add the sparkle/shimmer effect⚡️

Yes, Actually you can mix our standard colors with our pearlescent or Metallic colors to get that look. Sal is right though, The silver and gold colors mix best. However, you can mix any of the colors if you're trying to achieve a special colorway. Always test and experiment.

Different vibes for different people! I just try to be natural when explaining techniques or why I do certain things because I know people would like to know!
Does this shadow paint work for the 2009 Shadows?
The color was taken from the 2013's. If it's not the exact match it will be a great starting point and you may have to darken it or lighten it depending on the leather.

is it okay to clean the shoes after you have painted them or is there some type of finisher you have to apply to stop the paint from running when you want to clean them ?
You can buy make sure you’re applying your paint evenly and allowing proper dry time. Then once your finished is applied don’t clean them for a few days
