Erin is a fantastic mother, it broke my heart when she starting going into labour in the early hours of the morning and left the room so she wouldn't wake her boyfriend up! I was actually so angry for her, that she felt she had to do that. What kind of man is that? I hope she is getting support from her partner, because motherhood is hard and she seems to be doing it alone although she is doing a fantastic job. God has blessed this woman with such a beautiful, calm and loving baby X
HEY! No hate just a good tip, factual even. Light is what we call an external zietgeber, it is a key factor in our internal rhythm. Babies will not get into a sleep rhythm in bright light! It tricks their small minds into thinking its daytime, so it is very confusing. Then they feel incredibly tired. Try popping that star light off, this way she will be able to identify when sleep time is and when day time is. Loads of love

Erin and Teyana's bodies are flexible and strong etc. They had their babies, retained their abs and their breasts are still in good shape after all the breast feeding! Killer genes!!
