T T No, I went straight onto the midwifery course and now going into 2nd year. I know another ways to do it, is to do nursing first then midwifery for a year. However, I knew I wanted to specialise in women’s health, so I didn’t do it that way. x
But not everyone gets that overwhelming feeling after birth. So I hate hear women tell other women that you feel like overwhelming feeling of love and so on then you don’t get it a feel like the worst mother. When sometimes it take a few day etc to get this love feeling.
Thought clicking on this video would lead me to some childbirth tea but instead, I got a wake up call. Women are SO strong. Never sleeping on the superiority of my gender ever again.

Hey Erin, in one of your previous videos you mentioned that you have PCOS. I recently found out that I also have it and wondered if it affected any part of your pregnancy experience? Thanks
No it doesn’t it could however effect you getting pregnant as you are not ovulating if your periods are to very irregular but there is medication that can help with that i know many people that have normal pregnancies with pcos
Hi Erin, looking lovely 💓 Were you one of the lucky ones that didn’t poop during the pushing stage then? 😂 I was praying the whole time during both my labours that I wouldn’t but my other half said he didn’t notice even if I did because the midwifes were busy at that end whilst he was by my head 😂
Ugh my baby had/has jaundice too and we were also in and out of the hospital for the blood tests. She’s a lot better now and we no longer have to go get the tests done but it was still stressful. But I just need to ask, how long did you wear the pads for? Cause I’m about sick of wearing these big pads and granny panties🤣 I’m almost 2 weeks postpartum.

Giving birth is hard and my god the pushing is awful but NOTHING could prepare me for the aftermath. The pain down there a few days after - ergh!

Congrats and depending on how heavy your bleeding is you can change them now to the normal pads just dont use tampons
dee d I already switched to the normal ones! But I don’t like them either lol. I’m just not used to wearing them so they’re uncomfortable to me
