What a beautiful mother daughter relationship! Obviously we can’t judge from videos as it’s a snippet of your life but it does seem as though you’re with mila for most of the day and are the primary carer. How you manage that with working and being such a great mother is really inspiring

Our 3rrd eye or pineal gland is light sensitive. It directly relates to the release of melatonin that why you shouldn’t view lights 30 minutes before going to bed. Melatonin will be released but not the amount that you need for a good nights rest, so you sleep but wake up still feeling like shit. Lose the lights, just get a small night light and a sound machine. Hope this works. Not hating just a recommendation.

She is too adorable and you can tell shes a special one!!! Just thought I'd say to try the little mesh fruit holder /nibbler. You can freeze a piece of fruit pop it in there and let her suck /nibble on it. Brilliant for numbing her gums when teething x

The lights & music may be too much before bedtime, as they may stimulate her brain rather than calm her for a full nights rest. In some of the baby groups I go to, we use those lights for baby sensory so they’d be perfect for day time activities xxx
Hi Erin , try using almond oil (daily) or Jamaican black castor oil in milas hair (once /twice a week after wash). They are both really good for curly Afro hair x

Hi Erin an Mila it's nice to see u both it's hard when they r teething because we want to take that pain away she seems to be doing well as she's getting older she will sleep less but u would have to figure out a pattern so she take naps an hopefully she will start sleeping through the night but u r doing great job so just take a deep breath u got this
I finally went to my first doctor appointment I was 11 weeks pregnant but today I am 12 weeks now . I cant believe how fast it is going my due date is May 27th.
Aragon oil is amazing for our hair but twice a day isn’t necessary, just once. For her gums you can also give her Tylenol, this helps a lot. You’re doing so amazing and thank you for sharing with us your gorgeous baby.
