    I love the griddle. There us no wasted space on your smokers. Every aspect has a function.

    Thanks for the shout out Allen, and we are LOVING our new Santa Maria grills (I'll send you some pics and videos over the next couple months of us using them). They are so well built and well designed and we couldn't be happier. I finally named mine - to go along with my other equipment I call mine, "Bayou Betty" (my main smoker is "Black Betty" and my secondary smoker is "Baby Betty"). Smoke on!!

    Hey Allen, please do more cooks… I enjoy these just as much🥩🍗bbq is always best the day after.. when I cook, I get a small sample but always ready to eat it the next day..especially ribs and brisket..

    U should look into a hand held dry cut saw they work great just like using a skill saw

    Really enjoy seeing the smoker in use that griddle is a genius idea. And even down here in Australia sweet baby rays is a go to did pork belly burnt ends last night and sauced them with honey bbq. Love your content cant wait for the next one

      It’s hard to beat a bottle of ole Sweet Baby Rays Terry! I’m in the US and it’s been my go to sauce for years!!

    I like that you tell us the temps, and time, but for me, it`s original Open Pit, I like the touch of heat, I add a tsp of vinegar and ground black pepper, yeah they are really infused the next day.

    Just an FYI, The colder the meat, the more smoke flavor and the deeper the smoke ring goes. Put the meat in the freezer for 1/2 hour before you put them on the smoker. It takes longer for the meat to heat up allowing the smoke penetrate deeper. cheers🇨🇦

    Allen, have you considered making and selling burger/bacon presses and other utensils at all to sell us? You might be able to fab some nifty stuff from scrap steel you got laying around as cut offs. Just a thought brother!
