We're pretty willing to be filthy as necessary but there does come a point when it's time to get clean! Lol!

Those bison were awesome! That truck driver was not! I looked close to see if that flipped semi was the jerk driver but I don’t think it was. Those caribou and bears looked awesome too
I wonder how many young uns are wondering what the heck the book is you’re looking at lol

Yes the Bison were breathtaking and that trucker was nuts! Haha...yeah I doubt the younger Alcanners use the Milepost! Their loss!

Robert and I love Bison. On our year on the road after the Almeda Fire we went to at least 4 places where there were Bison.

@@backtoalaska6755 But I totally would have made that hike to get in the hot springs at that one place you stayed the night!

Can y’all dry camp along a lake or river or do you have to have hookups?

We have no bathroom set up so we can dry camp but hopefully near a rest stop or campground!

Interesting how many places don't have hot water. . . . .hmmm

A lot of places don't offer showers at all; we only ran into the one place that did but the hot water was down.

18 wheelers cannot stop like most any other vehicle. Very difficult driving on mountainous roads because they need momentum to climb next incline.
Have you ever chatted with a trucker? Lots of clueless drivers about physics momentum , load weight.
Other than this I totally appreciate your videos.

Thank you, excellent point! Even driving the bus I have to consider how long it takes to brake. That spot was a big dip and then a big climb so I can see how that would affect the driver's decisions on how to handle the moment! Every time we drive the alcan we think about the truckers to whom this is their "regular route" and it's such a shot of perspective.

Stone Sheep are not Rocky Mountain Bighorn. They are Stone Sheep.
