Delicious Carrot Dessert: Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

Gajar Ka halwa or carrot halwa is a popular winter dessert all over Pakistan and India. This carrot dessert is a combination of carrots, sugar, milk, ghee, khoya, nuts and a bit of cardamom powder.
Ingredients
Carrots 2kg
Milk 2kg
Sugar 300g or as required
Khoya 1/2cup (100g)
Cardamom powder 1tbsp
Ghee 1/2 cup
Dry fruits for garnishing Optional
