In Transformers: Dark of the Moon - The Game, Wheeljack gives Ironhide the Heavy Iron again, suggesting he's returning the guns after upgrading their internal components rather than giving them for the first time.

Wonderful video. As messy as the Bayverse continuity is, I really did actually enjoy this game. WFC and FoC were my JAM. But this game was also fun, if not, smaller in scale for obvious reasons.
In my opinion, DOTM The Game can be categorized as semi-canon and a prequel to the DOTM film. This is because in this game it is revealed how Megatron got his third form after scanning an abandoned truck, as well as the history of Shockwave's background on Earth. The reason why Megatron didn't uses his Fusion Cannon in movie, likely he more favors his Fusion Shotgun. I really like the fact that Soundwave in this game has a different appearance than he did in the third movie. In this prequel game, Soundwave's head resembling his appearance on second movie. Not forget to mentioned, this Soundwave's alt mode was SUV car. Where as in the movie, Soundwave possibly scanning Mercedes Benz SLS AMG off screen.
7:45 Gameplay wise the two versions of Heavy Iron are reskins of the Turret Guns from WFC, with 1.0 being the Ion Displacer, very strong minigun, while 2.0 is the Nucleon Shock Cannon, effectively a Bazooka; it stands to reason that Mixmaster's shields are designed to weather sustained fire, including Heavy Iron 1.0, but is still vunerable to the powerful explosive force of 2.0.
It would have been better if the game has more than 7 chapters, that would tie in to the movie. Chapter-8 you played as Shockwave going to Chernobyl to find the Pillar. Instead you found an engine part of the Ark, which gets stolen by Optimus, during a boss fight with him. Chapter-9 you played as Ratchet, who goes with Optimus to the Moon, to recover Sentinel & his Pillars. Which triggers some security systems from the Ark. Chapter-10 you’re Soundwave again, who travels in Africa to meet up with Megatron. Only to take care of some Autobots that were following you. You then get into a boss fight with Prowl, who transforms into a Police Car. Chapter-11 you’re Bumblebee again, who picks up Sam’s call that he’s in trouble at work. You go there to save him, while fighting both Soundwave & Leaserbeak. Chapter-12 you played as Sideswipe, who along with Mirage & Bumblebee get into a highway fight with the Dreads. Chapter-13 you played as Barricade, who accompany’s Sentinel. Just to get the Lincoln Memorial, to set up the Pillars to bring a massive army of Decepticons from the Moon to Earth. You would get into a boss fight with Bumblebee for old times sake. Chapter-14 as Starscream again. You fly to where the Autobots are exiling from Earth, just to blew them up as planned. Leading to the fall of Chicago. Chapter-15 as Optimus Prime again, you had to make your way to Chicago, now as a fortress. While fighting Thundercracker as a boss. Chapter-16 as Mirage again, you storm Chicago with both Autobots & Nest, to get to the Pillars. You would then fight Starscream, with some assistance from Bumblebee & Wheeljack. Chapter-17 has you as Bumblebee yet again. As you get near the Pillars, that had been launched into Earth’s atmosphere to transwarp Cybertron. You had to deal with Soundwave one last time. Chapter-18 has you as Optimus Prime yet again as you must get passed Shockwave & a bunch of random Decepticons, leading to the final showdown against Sentinel. Which ends with Sentinel getting easily killed by Megatron, who you have one last fight to the death with. Which ends with Optimus Prime finally defeating Megatron, ending the ongoing war.
30:24 in that context we can say it's canon but in chapter 2 there's one tiny flaw and that's Mixmaster being alive. We saw in ROTF there was 2 versions of Mixmaster, there was the actual Mixmaster and there's the clone. The Mixmaster we see in the game is the actual Mixmaster. As far as we know there's only one clone of Mixmaster and it only speaks Cybertronian not English, but the actual Mixmaster was killed from the railgun so I have to say chapter 2 is not canon.
@@Vulpes_Shinbi well yeah a few constructicons survived but Mixmaster wasn't one of them, yes he was launched off of scavenger and technology de-combined but I think like his clone counterpart he got split in half from the separation.
The major issue that I see with the game being cannon is the scenario we see in chapter two in it's entirety. Detroit being ravaged like that sorta goes against the setup of the Chicago battle. You can headcannon it away of course. Perhaps the government claim it as a terrorist attack or something
According to TV tropes, the game isn't canon to the films. And given the inconsistencies like Megatron still having his rotf cannon, Mixmaster being alive and somehow huge, also Optimus and Shockwave seeming to forget their fight they probably had like a couple weeks ago, and of course in the actual film Megatron is focused on getting himself repaired while in the game he's running around and beating up Optimus. His cloak is also there to hide the shame of his last battle with Optimus. But according to the game, he actually won his last battle. So yeah, it just doesn't go together
To respond to your argument, Megatron going through his journey in Chapter 6 can still work, and here's why. Think of it as a type of canon event: Megatron is still meant to defeat Warpath, Optimus, and disable Shockwave’s cryo-chamber. All of that is meant to happen, but with some minor differences, of course. For instance, Megatron wouldn’t have his fusion cannon, but in an alternate timeline, it could work where he goes through his whole journey, either with or without the fusion cannon. Additionally, he is not just running around in the game; he is actually trying to free Shockwave from his cryo-chamber. You would know this if you actually played the game and paid attention. He was focused on freeing Shockwave until Optimus showed up and started to fight him. Megatron only won because he destroyed the cryo generators that were in the room with him and Optimus. He used the generators to freeze Optimus Prime and gain the upper hand in the battle. He wouldn’t need to cover himself with his cloak 24/7 after scanning his alt mode because he needs to have a good advantage when fighting the U.S. military or the Autobots. His cloak would put him at a disadvantage if he wore it all the time. You also act as if one win isn’t going to ensure his victory, and he knows that-that's why he keeps the cloak all the way until the DOTM film. Optimus and Shockwave do know each other; why do you think Optimus had so much experience fighting Driller? It’s because they fought before. Shockwave mentions Optimus by name, meaning they do remember each other. Later, Shockwave leaves with Driller bot because they know it’s best to retreat instead of fighting again, knowing he could lose again. At the end of Chapter 7, he almost lost the fight and was close to dying, but Driller bot saved him in time. In the film, Optimus even told Lennox he knows Shockwave by name and appearance too. He could’ve told Lennox more, but Lennox didn’t ask any more questions, and both of their attention was drawn to the Ark’s engine. The game does have a height problem, I’m aware of that, but you act like Mixmaster couldn’t do any of the things he did, like kidnap Ratchet and have a death battle with Ironhide. His size was most likely a mistake anyway. Mixmaster was the head and neck of Devastator-he could’ve survived the fall or been repaired by the Decepticons. I’m pretty sure you’re mixing up Cybertron with Megatron, since in the film, Megatron is more focused on reviving Cybertron than himself.
@@J-Man1000 You're argument was good until you started spamming "you act like" Like come on, all I did was point out some things. And you're here trying to make me seem bad. I didn't mean Megatron was literally running around its an expression and by his cloak I meant the thing he wore on his face. It seemed like it's purpose was to hide the scars of his last defeat.. Of course Optimus and Shockwave know each other, they're well known in the war. Another problem is the comics, they were officially Canon at one point before aoe and tlk. And they wouldn't work with the game. They can't both be canon, I think the game being Canon would be cooler because it gave Shockwave a better fight with Optimus. There's just too much speculation for this.
@@OneWithNoFace I didn’t mean to seem like I was attacking you, but the way you presented your argument made it confusing for me to understand and made it seem like you weren’t really invested in the topic.
@@J-Man1000 Sorry about that, it wasn't the intention. Long story short, it just seems way too built on speculation. All of this is how the game COULD be canon but it still doesn't mean it is. I should've just started with that. I'm not trying to say your wrong or anything but like, it still doesn't mean the game is without a doubt canon just because it could or couldn't work. If that makes sense. I mean some studios add other content to their movie franchises like tv shows, books, etc but they aren't canon to the source material but in many case they could fit in.
Megatron: i could crush the spark out of you right now prime Rational people: Then do it he's right there. Kill him then proceed with your plan. Do it right now. @@J-Man1000 ya I forgot because how pressed I was at that scene, but i still believe they could've found a way to manipulate their way into the matrix unless it has extreme defense against someone who isn't a prime
Also with Que returning Heavy Iron 1.0 he might have upgraded it to be powerful enough to take down shields since he couldn’t use it to take out Mixmaster’s shields
I agree. I think the delivery of the script could have been a bit more structured. The content that was displayed, however, was understandable and informative! The topic was covered quite well overall.

I wish we got a second game that takes place during the movie or just the movie game. And the fact we didn't get a mention of Sam had some people think it's not canon. Also Megatron said that he has human alleys hinting at Dylan who meets Sam and Carly
This games story was peak, it maybe could have worked as a transformers 3 making dark of the moon a 4th movie it wpuldve been awesome. Also the military strategy of the aytobots was awesome. Also the life actions soldiers was a very nice touch.

its a well known fact that mixmaster is only the vortex grindor and neck and scavenger is the face and the clones dont speak english and he wasnt referred to either clone or copy and was referred to be mixmaster
Personally I consider it canon. Ironhide does have his cannons technically if you watch Theorymus or aka Trans Theories. Wheeljack could have just returned the gun with an upgrade or two. I always thought the ship that went to the moon was the Decepticons grabbing the pillars but that doesn't make sense unless they went to the moon to simply reactivate the Decepticons on the moon. I was thinking the Ancient Decepticon Markings would be by the Fallen or simply the Decepticons own Cybertronion language like different languages for humans. Well people say Stratosphere was in Revenge of The Fallen as the plane Optimus jumps out of. As for the truck mode for Megatron I'm not sure. I wish I had an answer.
I have a theory, Optimus has his trailer to combine into his jet form. What if Sound wave has some pack that he combines with to turn into his satellite form? He could really be the size he is in DOTM and ditches the extra parts as soon as he arrives on Earth.
Nice video and here are my thoughts. It will be most about Mixmaster. So we all know that Mixmaster and his clone died in the Egypt. Mixmaster died after he Devastator got shot and his head just detached from Devastator and his clone was killed by Jetfire and only way I'm looking at this and the way how Mixmaster could potentially reunite with the decepticons after decepticons disaster in Egypt. So in ROTF the game Bumblebee managed to defeat Devastator and you have cutscene where Devastator just falls and if that scenario happened in Bayverse I don't think Mixmaster will die and most of the constructions I mean idk why Bumblebee was given the opportunity of taking down Devastator and I know that in comics and movie is completely different but that is just my way of looking at it.
you mentioned towards the end you couldn't find any Transformers games on Steam, and there's a pretty unfortunate reason for that: not long after the release of Transformers Devastation, the Transformers license expired for Activision. Add in that they were looking for an out from pumping out licensed games as is, and they thought the best course of action was to simply delist all their licensed titles. Transformers was one of the bigger losses, but plenty of other titles like a few fan-favorite Marvel games suffered the exact same fate.
no, you want the definite answer for what's truly canon? It's what Michael Bay considers as canon, meaning only the 5 movies and whatever lore bits you can scrub from behind the scenes commentary and interviews, he doesn't take into account the tie-in media lore and it would be foolish to try and apply it to the movies as it only conflicts with the timeline.
The timeline conflicts with the timeline💀 these movies are constantly contradicting or Rick cunning previous movies, I'm not even saying that to hate it's just objectively true, this timeline is already all over the place so there's really no point in trying to say what is or isn't Canon... Especially since the Bayverse is over
I want it to be canon but the problem is scaling in the movie dotm megatron was still very weak yes he managed to damage sentinel but with a sneak attack while here he nearly beats prime while megs is still in bad condition can u explain that??
Yes, Steve Blum voices Starscream in this game and the non Canon Ds version as well. He did the voice for Starscream in Transformers Prime and Earthspark, he also voiced Vilgax in the original Ben 10 and Green Goblin in Spectacular Spider-Man. Steve Blum has voiced many characters throughout many TV shows, he has talent.
Ok the only way the mixmaster mission is canon is if that mixmaster is a drone because the real mixmaster die after DEVASTATOR fell off the pyramid in Egypt and mixmaster got split in half when he detached from DEVASTATOR body and he most likely either dies instantly or die from energon blood lost also there is a problem with megaton Mack truck mode both the truck and trailer become his robot with the truck becoming his arms and the trailer becoming his legs also while he is the roft look he has wheels on his right arm witch he should not have since he has not scanned his truck mode yet and he most likely won against Optimus prime and warpath just with his shotgun and not his fusion canon
The Game retcons that he actually scanned the truck with the oil trailer at the end of Chapter 6 but for Mixmaster, I have a whole video discussing him and more since they're still a lot of things I want to talk about this game that I didn't mention so don't worry a video explaining the Mixmaster situation will made soon.

@@arcticwarriors7014 I've seen the video its great but a theroy I have is that Mixmaster was rebuilt by the Decepticons and due to what happen to him in Egypt he had brain damaged and this made his mind not so stable and that's what lead to his eventual death by Ironhide, he was all muscle but not a lot brain. It is a theroy after all you don't have to believe what I say but I like to think it works.
@@J-Man1000 idk megaton split jazz in half and ratchet and ironhide could not save him meaning he die of energon blood loss unless mixmaster was rescued instantly after the fallen die then mixmaster would have die from energon blood loss so it is at best a 50/50 chance of him either being the real mixmaster or just a drone of him and it would be a new drone since jetfire killed the other mixmaster drone
Sure, but the events in Chapter 2 can still work with Hightower replacing Mixmaster, though there will be some differences, of course to Chapter that would occur if you get what I mean.
You probably won't even read this comment, but I'm going to comment it anyway :) I have minor issues with this game, but generally it explaines transition from TF2 to TF3 perfectly So let me show you and explain few things concerning for me: Mission 1: All way all good here in case of design (only Optimus has this minor flaw that you analysed exactly like I see it as well) Also plot holds itself Mission 2: There are couple things I don't like about this mission 1. We never ever in Bayverse get to hear about Detroit again and it looks like it is quite damaged And I get it - in Revenge Of The Fallen, Shanghai is also being raided by Demolisher and we don't hear about it at all/very rarely BUT STILL That's some city changing damage, maybe even comparable to Chicago 2. Ironhide hand-cannons (but this you adress in video) 3. How on earth is Mixmaster alive? As far as I'm concerned, Jetfire tore him apart and decapitated him in ROTF So how is he now beating the hell out of Ratchet Mission 3: My beloved Dino/Mirage doesn't have a Ferrari like he should have... (yeah minor thing, I was hoping to see him in Ferrari in the game - haven't been granted such a pleasure) Mission 4: 1. The SUV form out of nowhere And now I would like to adress your point I don't even think that Soundwave would have to drop anything to become Mercedes SLS AMG Here is how The form in the game kinda look like Mercedes GLK (X204), which is indeed bigger than SLS AMG, BUT SLS AMG is a sports car which is build to be compact, without many spare space GLK on the other hand has A LOT of room for 5 passengers and a big trunk So I think (yeah i don't have any phisical proof) that SLS AMG and SLK (X204) may have simillar amount of "raw material" and "internal components" (kinda weird to describe a car like a living being as those robots were in movies) to be built with About satellite mode It does look very big, BUT (yeah again) those "wings" doesn't have much material in them, they are just a metal plates If you scrap satellite from its wings-like-things you actually get a small "body" Its just head and a docking thing So knowing that Soundwave is built "bigger" in arms and thinner in waist (also in last cutscene he is visibly the shortest out of 4 by a margin) everything seems to be intact Mission 5: yeah I love how Starscream is depicted Mission 6: I want to believe that we still get to play with Fusion Cannon as a "last chance" for it before Megatron switches to his shotgun Probably because of the recoil of Fusion Cannon Mission 7: The only problem for me in this mission is its ending - the aftermath cutscene where Shockwave is being shown a pillar while retrieving an engine part from Chernobyl I've seen a cool video defending Shockwave how good character he is in TF3 There was a point that Shockwave has intentionally let Optimus take it so they could go and get Sentinel from The Ark and I really get that theory and thats why I think that this one detail in last cut-scene is a major mistake In Chapter 3 the Decepticon ship heads towards moon after Bumblebee, Sideswipe and Mirage/Dino fail to stop the start sequence Also in the TF3 movie we can see classified pictures of dozens of pillars on the moon (scene where Sam with Simmons try to solve Apollo case) My theory is: Spaceship from Chapter 3 has gone to the moon and back to retrieve those pillars also setting few of them to be ready for activation (that's how Sentinel later opened the portal for the army), also by bringing them to earth and relocating to the whole globe we have a plothole filled inside the movie itself In landing on the moon scene with Optimus and Ratchet we are informed (as Optimus himself believe) that only 5 pillars survived the crash being with Sentinel inside specific chamber Later in the movie we see hundreds of them on the earth but we are not told how they got there CHAPTER 3 RESOLVES THAT Yeah, that's my take on this game
Considering the fact that Transformers One, Bumblebee and Rise of the beats are all SOMEHOW meant to be part of the bayverse even though they also went out of their way to make them be as distant as possible. Anything can be cannon. Transformers and consistent timelines/ large universes always crumble in dust. This game tries its best to be at least sorta cannon but considering what Hasbro thinks the word cannon means this game might as well be 1000000000000% cannon No one learned from the G1JP universe and no one learned from aligned
I dont like how this is a prequel. The 2007 and ROTF games were pretty good adaptations of the stories from those films and they felt more open ended instead of this very basic mission to mission structure that wasn't a semi-open world. You can tell that the DOTM game takes heavy inspiration from WFC and FOC... and for that. I dislike it. They should've made it like the older games.

Dark of the moon was such an amazing game I loved it and personally is my favourite transformers game.
4:30 Is that freaking Nolan North?? Awesome!!
As far as we know there's only one clone of Mixmaster and it only speaks Cybertronian not English, but the actual Mixmaster was killed from the railgun so I have to say chapter 2 is not canon.
mixmaster could have been revived
There could still be constructicons alive, since the railgun didn't fully destroy Devastator
@@Vulpes_Shinbi well yeah a few constructicons survived but Mixmaster wasn't one of them, yes he was launched off of scavenger and technology de-combined but I think like his clone counterpart he got split in half from the separation.
@@MattAutoMotive his clone was killed by jetfire
who to say there isn't multiple constructicon clones/drones
The major issue that I see with the game being cannon is the scenario we see in chapter two in it's entirety. Detroit being ravaged like that sorta goes against the setup of the Chicago battle. You can headcannon it away of course. Perhaps the government claim it as a terrorist attack or something
Either way I still enjoyed playing these games as a kid Including WFC FOC and Dark of the Moon
I mean some studios add other content to their movie franchises like tv shows, books, etc but they aren't canon to the source material but in many case they could fit in.
mixmaster is huge compare his alt mode to ironhide's@@OneWithNoFace
I wish we got warpath in dothm and this game which is part of my childhood made him my faveourite
Nice video, definitely cannon, I do also miss the online of this game fr
The online for Transformers games were fun, I miss those days
Megatron: i could crush the spark out of you right now prime
Rational people: Then do it he's right there. Kill him then proceed with your plan. Do it right now. He's infront of your face
Edit: Yes they needed him to revive Sentinel but it's not like they don't have the capability to mind control Optimus or hack/manipulate into the matrix.
In 35:45 I explain why he doesn't kill Optimus
@@J-Man1000 ya I forgot because how pressed I was at that scene, but i still believe they could've found a way to manipulate their way into the matrix unless it has extreme defense against someone who isn't a prime
@@J-Man1000 unless they were mind control Optimus
@Achieme as said in transformers revenge of the fallen the matrix is earned. Transformer space magic would cause the matrix to turn to dust
Your idea just doesn’t work. Like at all
Cannon or not i love this game more than the film i wish it had more chapters
Also with Que returning Heavy Iron 1.0 he might have upgraded it to be powerful enough to take down shields since he couldn’t use it to take out Mixmaster’s shields
This game was so good
Friendly advice, I think your delivery of the script for the vid could use a little work. Other than that great vid. 🙂
I agree. I think the delivery of the script could have been a bit more structured. The content that was displayed, however, was understandable and informative! The topic was covered quite well overall.
Idk it doesn’t feel like there wasn’t really a script
@watterztrail7870 Agreed. A weird creative choice for sure.
I see a lot of people bringing up the deaths of Mixmastee in his Drone in ROTF, but considering that other Cybertronians survive devestating wounds Quite often, I dont find it that hard to Believe that Mixmaster survived the Railcannon, but just Barely
Bro can you also create videos on the aligned continuity, since it have so much lore and people choose to ignore it
I wish we got a second game that takes place during the movie or just the movie game.
A question I have though is what happened to all the autobot drones did they all die or something?
Yeah, all the nameless autobot troops did in fact die
Great video. ❤🎉
Is the Starscream in this game, the same voice actor from TFP?
You bet
Did you know that the official Bayverse comics made them Multiversal level fighters and that the human weapons are harming them? Yeah, crazy how the human handguns are Multiversal level in Bayverse.
Comics Bayverse dont Canon for films
Comics Bayverse canon for Bayverse multeverse
Bayverse multeverse - films games comics and novels
Also human weapons never hurt even bay comics Strarscream
its a well known fact that mixmaster is only the vortex grindor and neck and scavenger is the face and the clones dont speak english and he wasnt referred to either clone or copy and was referred to be mixmaster
I 100% believe this game is canon!
I'm going to say yes, the game is cannon. Because look how the game ended
Mix master is killed by jet fire in revenge of the fallen, so how is he in chapter 2?
Wait a second, didn't Mixmaster get killed in ROTF by Jetfire?
That was a clone
@@J-Man1000 he and his clone died. his clone killed by jetfire and he himself was killed by the railgun
@@ericwrightjr4057devastator was hit by the railgun, if any of the combaticons were to have died from that it would have been scavenger

The Dark of the Moon game is canon. The comics aren't! As said by Bay.
I couldn’t find any source of Michael Bay saying the games are canon.
Final mission legit should have let you go on a killing spree as Shockwave (similar to the comic)
Would've been cool to see warpath in the movies and the flying autobots
you mentioned towards the end you couldn't find any Transformers games on Steam, and there's a pretty unfortunate reason for that: not long after the release of Transformers Devastation, the Transformers license expired for Activision. Add in that they were looking for an out from pumping out licensed games as is, and they thought the best course of action was to simply delist all their licensed titles. Transformers was one of the bigger losses, but plenty of other titles like a few fan-favorite Marvel games suffered the exact same fate.
Isn't this game also canon to the Cybertron games as well?
No
@@0t3n4layf I see, I always thought it was somewhat canon, thanks for clearing things up man
Unless you wanna count ROTDS😂
@@Achieme I think the less said about that game the better
no, you want the definite answer for what's truly canon?
1 thing I notice is starscream sound his prime counterpart
@@J-Man1000 yes thank you because the constructicons that survived DEVASTATOR death where bucket head Hightower long haul payload and skipjack and the mixmaster was ripped in half after coming off DEVASTATOR same with srap metal as well and scavenger die of energon blood loss and overload either he survived or was killed instantly when DEVASTATOR body hit the ground at the bottom of the pyramid look at theorymus video on the construcricons misconception 2.0 video pls
Why wasn’t this its own movie?
chapter 2 can't be canon cause mixmaster shouldn't be alive since he died while combined into devastator and his clone died to jetfire
Sure, but the events in Chapter 2 can still work with Hightower replacing Mixmaster, though there will be some differences, of course to Chapter that would occur if you get what I mean.
You probably won't even read this comment, but I'm going to comment it anyway :)
I have minor issues with this game, but generally it explaines transition from TF2 to TF3 perfectly
So let me show you and explain few things concerning for me:
Mission 1:
All way all good here in case of design (only Optimus has this minor flaw that you analysed exactly like I see it as well)
Also plot holds itself
Mission 2:
There are couple things I don't like about this mission
1. We never ever in Bayverse get to hear about Detroit again and it looks like it is quite damaged
And I get it - in Revenge Of The Fallen, Shanghai is also being raided by Demolisher and we don't hear about it at all/very rarely
BUT STILL
That's some city changing damage, maybe even comparable to Chicago
2. Ironhide hand-cannons (but this you adress in video)
3. How on earth is Mixmaster alive?
As far as I'm concerned, Jetfire tore him apart and decapitated him in ROTF
So how is he now beating the hell out of Ratchet
Mission 3:
My beloved Dino/Mirage doesn't have a Ferrari like he should have... (yeah minor thing, I was hoping to see him in Ferrari in the game - haven't been granted such a pleasure)
Mission 4:
1. The SUV form out of nowhere
And now I would like to adress your point
I don't even think that Soundwave would have to drop anything to become Mercedes SLS AMG
Here is how
The form in the game kinda look like Mercedes GLK (X204), which is indeed bigger than SLS AMG,
BUT
SLS AMG is a sports car which is build to be compact, without many spare space
GLK on the other hand has A LOT of room for 5 passengers and a big trunk
So I think (yeah i don't have any phisical proof) that SLS AMG and SLK (X204) may have simillar amount of "raw material" and "internal components" (kinda weird to describe a car like a living being as those robots were in movies) to be built with
About satellite mode
It does look very big,
BUT (yeah again)
those "wings" doesn't have much material in them, they are just a metal plates
If you scrap satellite from its wings-like-things you actually get a small "body"
Its just head and a docking thing
So knowing that Soundwave is built "bigger" in arms and thinner in waist (also in last cutscene he is visibly the shortest out of 4 by a margin) everything seems to be intact
Mission 5:
yeah I love how Starscream is depicted
Mission 6:
I want to believe that we still get to play with Fusion Cannon as a "last chance" for it before Megatron switches to his shotgun
Probably because of the recoil of Fusion Cannon
Mission 7:
The only problem for me in this mission is its ending - the aftermath cutscene where Shockwave is being shown a pillar while retrieving an engine part from Chernobyl
I've seen a cool video defending Shockwave how good character he is in TF3
There was a point that Shockwave has intentionally let Optimus take it so they could go and get Sentinel from The Ark and I really get that theory and thats why I think that this one detail in last cut-scene is a major mistake
In Chapter 3 the Decepticon ship heads towards moon after Bumblebee, Sideswipe and Mirage/Dino fail to stop the start sequence
Also in the TF3 movie we can see classified pictures of dozens of pillars on the moon (scene where Sam with Simmons try to solve Apollo case)
My theory is:
Spaceship from Chapter 3 has gone to the moon and back to retrieve those pillars also setting few of them to be ready for activation (that's how Sentinel later opened the portal for the army), also by bringing them to earth and relocating to the whole globe we have a plothole filled inside the movie itself
In landing on the moon scene with Optimus and Ratchet we are informed (as Optimus himself believe) that only 5 pillars survived the crash being with Sentinel inside specific chamber
Later in the movie we see hundreds of them on the earth but we are not told how they got there
CHAPTER 3 RESOLVES THAT
Yeah, that's my take on this game
17:00 You didnt say pause the first time you said it so idk man seems kinda sus.
I wanna consider it canon, and considering any contradictions...
Name me any Transformers series that's consistent.
This is my favourite game 🔥
It’s a prequel
I think You were talking to as "semi-canon" for transformers game.
This game tries its best to be at least sorta cannon but considering what Hasbro thinks the word cannon means this game might as well be 1000000000000% cannon
No one learned from the G1JP universe and no one learned from aligned
Transformers One is in its own continuity. Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts are in a new continuity without the Bayverse
@@nuttbag6658 You are 100% right Yet That is not what the director and producer say
@@alumlovescake no the director says it's its own continuity... The producer is just insane.
Are you planning on doing more canon or not transformers games if so have ever heard of transformers prime the game and war for and fall of cybertron
ROTF Mixmaster dies. DOTM Mixmaster alive. Seems canon to me.
I think the events of the game did happen but only some of it is accurate while redt is just non canon filler
I mis online on al Transformers Games they wher so good :(
It’s a movie tie in game, of course it’s not canon to the movies. Although the tie-in games are arguably better then the Shia Trilogy.
🦾🦾
I think the game is more Canon the the comics
The comics were adapting the original scripts for the movies, the games are just adapting the movies while extending it.
