The fact that it's taken this long for videos to come out where people see the validity of bay primes actions means that it wasn't that deep and it was a bunch of big mouths complaining

I see the 5 movies AND the comics as canon. Or part of MY movie canon. THe problem is that alot of the media was done with no oversight to make a tight continuity. THe films don't always flow well into each other, which is why I love the comics as they flesh out and ties at least the first 3 movies together well enough. But I've brainstormed a TON of headcanon to make sense of the comics and TF 4 and 5. The problem is that the 2 films lore dump a shit ton, I like their back lore, but the problem is that they lore dump but don't bother to give enouh to straighten things out. Like for example going by just the films, TF 1-3 we know the Allpark somehow appeared on CYbertron, granted life to the Transformers, the Primes as their leaders. THey went around harvesting suns without life to reenergize the Allspark. Eventually THe Fallen betrayed them, a big battle occured, he was injured, and the died sealign the Matrix in their body tomb. THe Harvester got buried and Seekers spent years searching. Eventually Sentinel comes to exist, OP and Megs were like brothers, and they divided into a civil war, Sentinel worked out a plan with Megs and got himself and the Allspark lost to space, the war drags on and you know the rest. THe big problem for films 4 and 5 is that they drop this extra lore but don't say how it ties into the existing movie lore. Such as was Quintessa a Prime, how does she have some power over Cybertron with her staff, why do the Knights rebel and flee with the staff? The Creators at least made the Transformium metal and clai to be their makers, yet the Allspark clearl gave the Transformers life. Overall lots of great lore, just doesn't get explained how it ties even just into the first 3 film's back lore at least. So here's my explaination, and it's a big headcanon usage: To keep as simple as I can. SO Primus and Unicron entered the universe like in most fo the Mutiverse due to their multiveral battle splitting them into basically infinite iterations. EIther they physically battled in universe and Primus won crippling Unicron, or they simple rested in their planet forms. Primus as CYbertron, Unicron the core of Earth. Cybertron used to have organic life and a race called the Quintessons or Creators in the films find Cybertron, the Allspark is either already existing or is extracted into a vessel the cube. THe Quints and their leader Quitessa devise a plan or are manipulated by Primus to use Seed devices to create Transformium, and the Allpark with some of Primus's guidance creates the Primes and Transformers as defense against Unicron's return. THe power of the Primes scares the Quints to stay away. We all know most of the rest, the Dynasty of Primes harvest Suns, Fallen's betrayal, yadda yadda. Witht h Dynasty gone either the Transformers fall into tribal division or Cybertron has enugh energy for a time, the Quints arrive, claim to be their creators, create a "renaissance" period, the Knights form as either creations or recruits to be Quintessa's guardians, Optimus Prime comes to exist and it's unkown if he's aware of being a Prime or not, but joins the Knights as one of their non 12 members, probably part of a team of partners for the DInobots who were created based off the desighn of Earth's dinosaurs. Eventually the Knights discover Quintessa is wanting to enslave their people, they start a rebellion, steal her staff, the Quints like in G1 are kicked off planet. Perhaps Quintessa is ousted from leading her people as she didn't seem to have any help from them. TF 4 seems to hint that Lockdown was probably hired by the Quints, maybe for their own different motives, or Tessa hired him and he just assumed she represented the creators. EIther way OP has his memories erased or more likely sealed away by the Knights or someone to protect him and their secrets as TF4 when arriving on the Knight ship and gettign his new sword he seems to be recalling old memories or familiarity. CYbertron slowly begins dying, Primus creates Sentinel to unite the Transformers, the Quints become a long forgotton memory and so do the Primes to newer generations, tribal wars break out, Sentinel finds an emnesiac Optimus and later a warrior named Megatron, adopts them as sons, they become brothers. And well the rest is already explained in most of the comics, major continuity fixes being that the Bots and Cons arrive to Earth at some point on the Nemesis and Ark, and many land on Earth coming and goign throughout history having a hard time searching for the Allspark, they all know it's here but with how primitive Earth is it's immpossible to find as the Allspark is dormant and buried under the Callorado River, eventually Hoover Dam is built around it. It isn't tell the Beagle Rover on Mars renews interest in the search as Human technology has advanced enough. So Bee and Starscream's teams land on Earth and search for years starting in 2003. The rest is the events of comics and the films. So this is long but it really shows how poorly they handled TF 4 and 5's back lore. It requires alot of your own headcanon to make sense with either the films or comics.

Eh well thing is in a hyper adrenaline state where you almost got brutally killed by an old comrade, you'd feel pretty enraged too. Plus when you think about it had it not been for old megatron sentinel would not have converted, megatron probably did some backhanded manipulation to convince sentinel whom optimus previously held very deeply to his heart. That and megatron had previously led to the decimation of two major metropolitan areas, made multiple attempts on Sam's life, indirectly killed many humans, killed jazz and ironhide AND que directly/indriectly, along with probably all the dead autobots optimus might've personally known, killed optimus himself, almost got the sun decimated, almost enslaved humanity with sentinel. I mean at a certain point yeah he surrendered but after the shit this guy's done I think if optimus acted all WHOLESOME like his transformers one counter part and planned on holding megatron accountable later, like blue sentinel, in a court, megatron would've gotten death row anyways. Like y'all call Optimus Optimus warcrime when the dude literally has to face off against WAY worse war criminals, the worst earth has seen ever. That and megatron, after all the shit he's done, had the audacity to ask that he get control of cybertron? Optimus' home planet which he had to personally watch get torn apart by Megatron's war efforts? Hell no. Don't tell me you guys would actually let megatron get away with that shit. Matter of fact megatron mainly saved optimus not out of love but because of pride after carly made him realize he was n't gonna get to have equal power as sentienl. Bro did NOT have a change of heart.

The enemy that optimus is fighting here is the same he was fighting over at cybertron. An invisible enemy, that turn freinds as foes and some even psychos. And it bothers him to see that same invisible enemy slowly rotting away our kind. Optimus sees on humanity , the very same that happened in his world. Althought he feels responsible for having failed at protecting cybertron, he tries the best he can to make it better here.. He makes me think of Megaman in a way. Great leader, does not look for a fight, but will absolutly tear you apart if you keep putting inocent lives in danger. In megaman the robots maverick once were good robots, until they were infected and reprogramed by a virus. Optimus is fighting Sin.. It affects us humans as much as it affect the spark.

I find this mini series was a tone of fun, really thanks to the fact that most of the comic focus on the transformers. after the film's realizes Hasbor kept churning out figures and store exclusives (Walmart/Target/Toy 'R' Us) really giving IDW a chest roster to really play with. The whole bootleg Allspark thing would be done in Nefarious mini series. Barricade would be shown to be crushed by Optimus in the movie's comic adaption but splitting hairs.

8:51 Warpath is a lot cooler in Dark of the Moon game and it sucks that he wasn't given a spotlight in the movies as he's the kind of Autobot that Michael Bay would use for explosions and heavy weaponry.

Bayformers comics are pretty fun to binge read and see the history of the Autobots and Decepticons on Cybertron before showing up on Earth.

I think another reason why starscream never brought it up again is because he knew megatron would have his head on a silver plater if he mentioned it

With most enemies bayverse optimus kills he does so quickly and efficiently, and not torturing them like a lot of people are saying. The one exception is the fallen/megatronis prime, and i think there he was making an exanple out of him, a message to all decpitcons: "im done playing nice, if you ever threaten those im sworn to protect i will not hold back against you"

I think Optimus killing Demolisher the way he did probably had more to do with the fact that he had already killed at least a dozen people consisting of NEST soldiers and civilians, had botched what was supposed to be a secret operation, and overall didn't have anymore use to NEST or the Autobots since he was already wounded and probably wouldn't have cooperated anyway.

I agree that Optimus is not a psychopath. Calling him a psychopath seems dishonest, as he doesn't really enjoy killing without a reason and he definitely feels empathy. I do think some of his dialogue is a bit weird and arguably out of character ("Give me your face", "we will kill them all", "you defend my family or die") but overall he is mostly justified. I am not a fan of him killing Megatron when he offered a truce though and feel mixed about him killing Sentinel when he was disarmed, but Optimus is not a psychopath.

Well we don’t know on what happened to jolt after the events of transformers revenge of the fallen maybe he left the autobots to do hes own thing maybe killed by cemetery wind or he was killed by shockwave in a different way well we did saw his jolt head in TLK in Cade junkyard well yes did got killed by shockwave in different way possible

I actually don’t TFP not having Ironhide as part of the main Autobot cast, his already popular thanks to the movies and he has an established prominence in the WFC/FOC games which were part of the same continuity as TFP.

What if the shattered glass Decepticons (they are heros from the shattered glass) helped the heroic autobots in the original timeline? Here's how it works in dark of the moon. Starscream is about to kill Sam until the heroic Decepticon Starscream shoot missiles at Starscream. Starscream shocked shoot back but the heroic Decepticon Starscream ends him and helps Sam. Sam: who are you? Heroic Starscream: oh, I'm a good version of Starscream. Heroic Starscream helps Sam. Next when the autobots are being captured. When Wheeljack/que was about to die, heroic Decepticon barricade appeared and started to shoot the evil Decepticons along with heroic soundwave and shockwave. Heroic barricade shoots barricade and his head comes off. Heroic soundwave shoot soundwave leg and head off. Heroic shockwave blows up shockwave head. Sideswipe: who are you? Heroic soundwave: oh we are the heroic Decepticons from shattered glass universe Wheeljack/que: well thanks for saving me and my friends. Heroic barricade: your welcome.
