So I got the unit, and switched the FX channels to be as monitor sends, but they only come through one ear. I tried multiple headphones, and belt packs. Same issue, is there a way around this? Thanks!
If you're using a stereo in ear system of course it will only come out of one ear because the fx busses are mono So either hit the mono button on your in ear pack if you have that or assign 2 outputs to the same bus and have 2 cables go to you iem pack obe for each ear

Do you know where I can get the M AIR app for Mac? I can only find the ios version
On the midas website go to the downloads page and search for M Air Edit and you'll find one for mac
