So amazing Gwen you make it seem so natural! Especially love the stencil peeking out! Great playlist I've watched them all and will be rewatching while I learn to create clusters!
That's awesome!!! So glad to hear that it has helped. I especially love this series because I've had so many comments like this one saying that clusters make a little more sense now. Practice makes perfect, you've got this lovely! xo
I love, love, love how your beautiful layout turned out. This sure is a pretty collection. Thank you for your tutorial on making the perfect clusters. I have never thought about tackling clusters in this way. I do often think things in odd numbers work best. This is such a helpful video and I must remember about the rule of seven when I feel stuck on getting something to work. For me as long as it looks good I am happy. I think sometimes I do give myself too many choices and it can take me forever to get a layout together but that is just how I work. Thank you so very much for another wonderful tutorial. I loved watching your layout take shape. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙂
Thanks so much for popping by today, I'm glad I was able to give you a fresh new way to think about your clusters, perfect for those odd times you may get stuck. 💗💗💗
This is absolutely beautiful, Gwen! You are the cluster queen! Thank you for sharing another helpful video. I’ve been scrapping since 2000, and still feel that my clusters lack somehow. I will be watching again. 😊
Gwen, I just found your channel and had to subscribe. I create junk journrals and surreal collage art, but my true love is scrapbooking family photos. I've been scrapbooking since 1998 and my pages have become stale and I tend to create the same layouts over and over. I have twin boys so I create 2 pages at the same time, however, your ideas are wonderful for new page ideas. I'm loving all your videos, especially this one, I have so much little ephemera I'm not a fan of and these clusters are ingenious 🎉 TFS all your knowledge and ideas. I do use more than one photo on my pages so I'd have to be mindful as to where I place my clusters but they are great to tie photos together. Have a great day. ~ Barbie
I'm really enjoying this series. I never know what to do with the bigger ephemera and frames and like how you incorporate them seemingly so effortlessly. Also, like how you use the elimination process of the ephemera so that you know what you are working with without getting overwhelmed when putting the cluster together. Love the stencil you used on this layout, could I ask who makes it?
I'm so glad you are finding this series helpful 💗 The elimination process is under-rated, and for me was a game changer!! The stencil is an oldie but a goodie, I'm not sure you'll be able to find one, but this is the exact one here: shrsl.com/4aa71
Hey Cyndie 😀 Most of my layouts are single photos, sometimes I use 2 or 3 but generally I like to feature just one photo, it's just my personal preference. That doesn't mean that these tips won't work for layouts with multiple photos because they absolutely do! The one adjustment I'd make is to make the clusters themselves smaller, because you have less space to work with, other than that though, you can work through these ideas just the same. 💗 I appreciate you spending a little of your creative time with me today xo

Your layouts are beautiful!!!
Thank you so much! 💗 That's super kind of you to say xo
Do you ever do a layout with more than one photo? I’m not a fan of a one photo layout, always seems like a waste of space & paper.
