I don't feel exploited by Namco with Tekken. Playing Tekken for me is my guilty pleasure in life. An opportunity to unwind and recharge. I happily bought the Collector's Edition and have purchased a couple of customizations in their store. Overall I'm happy to pay for something that gives me a ton of fun. Thanks Harada and Namco for a badass game that looks and plays better than ever.
I've been playing Tekken 8 since launch and I'm still having a blast. I personally like the heat gage and the new moves they gave all the characters. It makes me appreciate Tekken even more. If something gives you hours of fun and excitement, keep enjoying it and don't be deterred by the negativity.
Harada has a good legacy just as Ono. He just needs to retire. I would say all the changes in Tekken 8 are not decided anyway by Harada. With the death of SCVI and Tekken 7's few final sloppy years it became very apparent Bandai-Namco got way too greedy way too fast. They killed SC for nothing and now Tekken is in a Zombie state with Tekken 8. I know Tekken 8 will have it's own hardcore fans calling it greatest Tekken game but it's for many the the game that truly killed Tekken. While many people in the FGC currently see this era the second Golden Age of FGGs i think many also agree it is few of the darkest eras. Maybe not as bad as 2010-2015's but it's still so neglected. Maybe one day we will see SC7 and maybe one day Tekken 8 will be the the game loved equally by it's fans but that will take years.

good video but a small correction. PS5 isn't nearing the end of its lifecycle. It's half-way.
We probably won't see a PS6 until at least 2028. Graphical leaps are few and far between these days.
