San Ramon for sure, we went and there were a TON of houses decorated they will love it. Lots of traffic but you can park at the school (Iron Horse Middle) and walk the streets if you don't want to drive. It's fun for the kids just bring lots of hot cocoa! ;) Lots of families did it last night and it was a fun time!

NO it has multiple houses on like 15 different streets. San Ramon is the best!
