Make Ahead Christmas Freezer Cookies | Bulk Christmas Baking| Christmas Prep 2022

Prepping the dough and freezing it ahead of time, saves so much time when you want to hand out cookies to all your neighbors and friends. Every year I make the same Christmas cookies. I often throw in a couple new recipes but these are my basic four favorite cookies I always make.
Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Bars
Chocolate Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies
Basic Sugar Cutout Cookies
and Chewy Molasses Ginger Cookies

Cookies are always better freshly baked, so all you have to do is pull the frozen cookie dough balls out of the freezer, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for an extra 2 minutes. Its wise to always have some sugar cookie dough in the freezer for when the kiddos feel like baking.

They are not gluten free. You would have to find a gluten free version on the internet. I've been looking at delicious Italian almond cookies online. That's what I would make gluten free!
