Hi there! I’m a new follower… just found your channel today. Love you stove… I’ve been searching for one on FB marketplace to no avail… maybe one day!! May I ask about where your deep freezer is? Obviously there must be electricity in there correct? Was it already built or did yall build it yourself? I only ask bec we have a very small farmhouse about 75+ years old and we have no garage. Our large deep freezer is right smack in our kitchen. I would love for it not to be! We can’t afford to build a garage right now but that little outbuilding attached to your house looks like it might be a perfect solution!

We have used anti freeze in our pipes when severe cold is predicted. Im Sure you probably know about this but just in case 😉

I really love your Farm home, so cozy and so much character to it, especially at Christmas time you are a super homemaker you should be proud. Here on Prince Edward Island Canada my tradition is making meat pies steaming a plum pudding with a caramel sauce for Christmas dinner dessert. I bake a lot of cookies and Christmas squares and treats. for everyone!! I love doing garlands through the house and I have an antique mantel piece in our living room which I love to decorate also. it is my favorite time of the year. we always make sure Jesus is apart of our decorations through the Peace filled season. thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!! Last night we had a pasta with broccoli, garlic, and ricotta inspired by the one you made in one of your recent videos. I mixed a couple eggs in with the ricotta and tossed it with the pasta while it was hot like you would a carbonara. It turned out delicious! Thank you for all your cooking and homemaking inspiration.

I think still having the Christmas tree up this time of year helps me to make it through January. I love the lights and the cheerfulness on these dark and cold days when I am prone to cabin fever and depression. (I have put up most of my Christmas decor but am leaving the tree up and the cards out since many cards didn't come until after Christmas.)

Frozen pipes are very frustrating. Continuous learning keeps the homemaking tasks from getting boring. The rust colored sweater is very pretty on you. What a good husband to do the laundromat chore! I love walking outdoors in winter. So pretty and peaceful. I had to skip the below zero days and the slick, icy dsys. Maybe next week.
