    Nothing beats a wagyu burger Jon! That was done perfectly! Only thing missing was bacon. Nicely done! Cheers y’all!

    Morning John, This will definitely be on the menu for this upcoming weekend. Especially the aioli. I wonder how it would work doing the sear first and then smoking? have a great day!

      You could sear first, but I like the reverse searing method because it seems to get more smoke flavor and then the sear locks it in. Hope you enjoy and thanks as always!
