The seconds hand is my downfall I’ve gone thru 2 lost hands still no luck rotico and a loupe sucks man
There is a tool from DIY Watch Club for 20 bucks that makes seconds hand install a lot easier check it out it's under tool section.
Make sure the stem on the minute hand is facing up. I struggled for an hour on my first build to realise I was putting the second hand on the wrong way round - no one mentions this in beginner videos... It might work for you!
Why call it a Seiko mod? Not really a Seiko if the only thing that says Seiko is a fake dial. I don't get it. Just call it a build.
