I'm happy to lose to a degenerate infinite combo once, but every one of Kyle's decks is about finding the infinite as soon as possible. The people he plays against need to keep up removal from turn 4 onward, or be at his level, otherwise, why sit at the table with him?
They had great chemistry on Game Knights where Kyle was shot scared of Cash all game, but they definitely share a love for Commander whenever and wherever they play.
Can we get a "I would rather get milked than elked" shirt? 😂 In all seriousness, best episode by far, but I think that's because the interactions between all the players was just so genuine and fun. Makes me miss playing paper magic.
This was most definitely the best episode yet! Love the fact that you guys leave the parts where you laugh and just talk about stuff. Makes it feel pretty real! Keep them coming guys, you’re awesome! 🔥🔥🔥
Fun and entertaining episode! Loved the banter. (Also a great example of what happens when you forget to Rule 0 before shuffling up. The moment Kyle mentioned he was playing Najeela, the alarm bells started ringing.)
I came on episode 1 for the gameplay, and will watch every new episode because you guys have the best vibes with all of your guests/friends!! Keep them episodes coming!
This is hands down the best gameplay I've ever seen and I've watched a lot of games... i really like the post game table talk, going off topic, so casual for such spice and spite
The conversation was much more enjoyable in this episode than the gameplay itself. All the cool dudes in the same place, talking trash and telling stories, could watch all day! Thank you for the great content!
I think this was my favorite episode you guys have put out so far. Looking forward to future episodes with you guys :) As a side note i would love to see joe play that Vis Khal deck
Loving that format so hard. The jokes/vibes, even the mistakes are freakin real and I really enjoying that! It feels just like the own rounds at the table. Greetz from germany
Not going to lie the best part of this video was just hearing the banter between everybody. Having seen everyone play on game knights compared to here is night and day. This feels far more causal and closer to what real EDH games are like
Another very capable mono-white commander is Heliod, Sun-Crowned. He loops infinitely with Walking Ballista (grant WB lifelink, remove a +1/+1 counter from WB to deal 1 damage to an opponent and gain a life from lifelink, add a +1/+1 counter to WB from Heliods lifegain trigger, repeat). The rest can be a stax shell, or maybe something fair IDK.
You are right. Episode 13 made it better. Everyone brought multiple decks in different powerlevel. I think thats the only solution, even if thats not perfect.
Home field advantage (it being his store and all) and not having to worry that much about keeping it so pg probably helped. Maybe the dude is also just getting accustomed to the cameras better, as funny as that might sound!
I'm sure it's not nearly as fun playing games for Game Knights. I am fairly positive they tell the players how they should play certain things to make the games more interesting. I doubt its ever a completely natural game.
I'm so glad this was my first video I watched on this channel. Cannot wait to binge watch the rest of them in the near future. Now I just need three friends to join me in a round of commander
Great video, but Kyle plays two cEDH decks. And I think cash is playing one too. While the power lvl is high maybe you wanna try to hit the same power lvls? Those decks are on the cEDH database even :’) the spirit is great tho but lorehold has nothing to bring against those decks.
uhhhh!! I'm eager to see that Brago beauty and what will come up with Lorehold!!! I'm tired of trying to guess the winner and get my bet Mana Drained , so this time I'll just root for Cash (so Lynch will get rid of my bad luck LOL)
Holy shit. Love it, just a bunch of best friends having fun with magic. This HAS to be a series which is simultaneously the most hateful gameplay AND most wholesome ever. So much fun. Somehow you guys really strike that balance. I oughtta patreon, I'm considering it cuz y'all really inspire me and this is quality entertainment. I wanna get to my LGS to play some paper for the first time in a store, I'm hungry to play after all this BS last 2 years. Magic is the best
Great episode as always! I love that you are showcasing real commander games (with the mana screw, the going infinite etc). I hope you keep it this way. Also, the guests were great again. PS. Was the sound split in the start of the episode or was it my idea?
this was such a fun episode. I think cassious marsh is such a great person to invite to play, i dont think ive ever seen a game with him that was really fun regardless of the channel. it's also cool that cassius and kyle odinson (cus he brought the hammer down on joe like a norse god) were a really pairing with joe and lynch. cassius and lynch and joe and kyle have very similar styles to me.
Love the show and guests on this episode were top tier! good work guys! i do have one small complaint about the audio production, it seems while using headphones all the microphone audio was on the left side of my headphones, while the edited music was playing alright from both sides, just some small criticism. Love you guys though, and looking forward to more videos! keep it up!
As Joe says, I woke up and chose violence.
I am assuming you won, because card draw.
You can't even be mad at someone with such fabulous hair.
Big fan of both channels here. Love to see the colab of cardboard nerds
Man kyle u r so awesome and funny. Everytime joke that u say make us laught lol
SAVAGE stuff
I love to see Cassius so happy about his store, he deserves it. Great episode, guys!
Kyle’s definition of fun:
F: is for fire that burns down the whole town
U: is for Uranium…bombs
N: is for no survivors!!!
Woobwoobwoobwoobwoob
I'm happy to lose to a degenerate infinite combo once, but every one of Kyle's decks is about finding the infinite as soon as possible. The people he plays against need to keep up removal from turn 4 onward, or be at his level, otherwise, why sit at the table with him?
Can you proliferate take backsies counters?
It’s more like an emblem. You can’t policerate it.
Dude idk why I but I lmao’d I think it’s because I have multiple atraxa players in my play group.
I asked Joseph that, too; he said no as well.
Can you use Solemnity to take-backsie without getting a counter?
If I control a player’s turn with Mindslaver and generate Takesie Backsie counters, will I generate them for that player or myself?
kyle and Cas might have the best on screen chemistry of any MTG duo
Somebody has a type
They had great chemistry on Game Knights where Kyle was shot scared of Cash all game, but they definitely share a love for Commander whenever and wherever they play.
Kyle and Proff are great together too! The snark is off the charts
Yes!! They're hilarious. Also, Kyle and Brian (Prof). I love watching games with these three. Next to that is Craig from CZ LOL.
That and prof/posty
Don't apologize Joe, everybody gets a turn to play wholesome magic. Also, those Game Knights memories from Kyle and Cash were adorable
Timestamp for memories?

right! a small smile came across my face when i heard them reminisce
It's crazy to think that was almost 3 years ago now
As the guy who legit made The Mana Crypt Sleeve, (as well as Selvala and Najeela), I also wonder why Joe put it over a masterpiece.
@@blackneto_ Geez Joe! The Alter Sleeves are just for covering up those crappy $150 copies.
I had to say something. Even though I love them dearly. I was thinking just use the double masters one.
My left ear certainly enjoyed this video, the right could only hear music I think mics may have been muted. My eyes both enjoyed tho

Kyle is that kind of charismatic villain that I absolutely love to hate. He's so funny and charming, but MAN are his decks toxic
You’d need instant speed removal for his combo pieces… they didn’t have them.
GOOD...GOOOOOODDD...LET THE HATE FLOW THROUGH YOU
His Selvala looks like cedh tuned
I loved his deck choices, they seem like things I would play/played. Not sure whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing....
@@jamesgratz4771 Im with you there. This is exactly why I encourage people I play with to run interaction haha.
Cassius: I just dealt witha cedh version of derevi
Kyle Hill: * looks sheepishly at the two cedh decks he brought to the table*
I love how Kyle and Cassius bring up Game Knights from many years ago!
Take-back counters
"Helps keep the spirit of Commander...."
"Cause we are playing toxic shit."
"...and Jason Momoa from Wal-Mart"

"Guys, I'm gonna level with you, this might not be the right meta for my deck." - Joe, probably.

I like how from magic when to crypto and back to magic... this show has everything!
Joe's description at 0:41 is the most succint way to explain EDH velomachus I've ever heard
Can we get a Joe,Lynch,Jimmy,Josh showdow sometime? Play two games one for each channel.
That would be awesome! and one of the best crossovers lol.
When Lynch unwittingly steals Kyle's Kenrith's Transformation at 31:37 😂
I did give it back.
Nothing like starting Friday with this wonderful video!
