The first place in your video was the spot of our best party in BCN, no joke. The people we met where so funny and open, after hours of drinking, smoking and having fun we headed to the skater bar Nevermind (in close proximity) and had one of the best nights you wouldnt like to talk about. Trust me guys, if youre an honest person and you dont show-off drip or something, nothing bad will happen. I´ve been in BCN several times and had only one dangerous altercation, that was NOT in Raval. And if you like a good recommendation - try the Restaurant Fonda Pepa, its "almost" around the corner of this place. My favourite authentic spot to eat there!

Italy by far the best country to visit as a tourist, every town, city and village is historically rich with so much regional variation in architecture, local food, dialects, geography. Dolomites, Rome, Napoli, Puglia, Sardegna. Unbelievable place.

Last time I was in Portugal is a while back (2018), but coffee, just plain espresso's were always super good. You can get one for well, in 2014 it was 25cents, not sure what the price was in 2018 but even if double, 50c for a (real) espresso was hard to beat. They have little bars everywhere too, like in the street and metro stations where you don't take it on the go but sit down with a small sandwich or pastry. Was similar quality to Italian Espresso's. Dunno where you sit down lol. I only drank beer and Sangria in Barcelona I think :P Always A++++
If you ever going back to south america, consider villa española in uruguay, montevideo or villa del cerro, also in montevideo, known for being place to very violent crimes and drugs selling.
Lived in Barca for 8 months or so about 7-8 years back. Used to buy my weed in Raval. Most of the dodgey places in Barca are Moroccans, not spanish. Try the Tapas bars in the old town by Picasso Museum.
