Dear Sherry, I am Greek but I am writing from Italy: you cannot imagine what your videos mean to all of us who follow your channel... During this war in Ukraine, with thousands of civil victims, and thousands of refugees (mothers and children) at the doors of Italy, and of the others European countries, we cannot switch on the tv without crying...
You are the only person for me right now, who with your calm voice, the peaceful and slow way of talking (we, who are not English mother-tongue, can understand you perfectly!!!) give me Inspiration to create something new, recycling and upcycling.
You have a very deep knowledge of the Art and the Culture and that's why you can apply it in every single project that you make.
That's why your channel is growing in a such exponential way.
You love the universal Culture and Art, but even more the Mother Nature and her creatures: thank you so much for sharing your artistic genius with us!!!! You are like a fairy who transform every trash in Treasure. This is magic.
    Best regards from Italy 💗
    Anastasia

Anastasia, I’m so sorry that I am just now seeing this. I truly appreciate your kind comments. I am so glad that I can provide a diversion from what is going on in the world right now. My heart is breaking for Ukraine and for all those impacted by this terrible war. I am thankful that there are caring people in the world (in places like Italy) that are helping the refugees that have lost so much. Sending blessings your way, Sherry

Sounds silly but I am not the most confident person so this is a massive deal for me,l also painted a a half moon table from a grotesque brown to grey with silver paint around the edges and my mum liked it so much that she had taken the table for the place! I loved your butterfly/bird wall pictures. The intensity of the peacock's blue and pops of blue really appealed to me. I love brights; neutrals not so much! When the kids were little, I would make an "Easter egg tree" with a live alder branch "planted" in a large flower pot of wet garden dirt. At first, I made pink crepe paper apple blossoms, but in later years graduated hot glueing lavendar dogwood blossoms to the branches. The branch would leaf out with tiny leaves--and die several weeks later--just about the time to take the tree down anyway! The branches make lovely Bonsai looking arrangements--so pretty in your Chinoserie container!

Sherry - LOVE IT! I love adding finishing touches. If I like something - who says it doesn't "go" where I put it. I am now in a small apartment, but still swap items from the bedroom to the dining room or vice versa. I surround myself with things I like or have meaning to me and it makes my home feel cozy and inviting. Thank you for tips and examples of finishing places you love. - You can't have too many pillows!! :)

You are such a creative lady!!! I wish I had that knack of looking at something and repurposing it. Guess that's why I'm drawn to you & others like yourself as they give me the "jump start" to then see how I can apply your "design" into something of my own.

I loved how you used the oil lamp! I see oil lamps at estate sales all the time without chimneys. I never buy because I already have some. I just saw 4 that were all priced at $3 that I passed on. Next time I definitely won’t be doing that. Also you got me to wondering why I never used the base for propagation!🤦‍♀️ Thank you so much for the inspiration.❤️
