Hi, stewing chicken usually takes around 35 - 45 minutes on medium stove setting. After adding the cabbage it all depends on preference. My sons like their cabbage fully cooked, while you my might like it crunchy and that takes a few minutes after adding to the already cooked chicken. One love.
