INGREDIENTS..
1 hard chicken
500g chicken breast
500g Cabbage
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
3 bulb tomato
3 Habanero pepper
1 Large Onion
100g long red pepper
FOR HARD CHICKEN..
5g chicken Seasoning
1 tsp each,
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Thyme
Turmeric
Curry powder
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Garlic&ginger paste
1/2 Onion chopped
CHICKEN BREAST..
2 tbsp oil
1/5 seasoning cube
1/2 tsp each,
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika.
Pinch of salt
SAUCE..
130ml oil
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 tsp each,
Curry powder
Thyme.
3g seasoning
Salt to your preference.
