This full body workout is a spicy way to end Week One of our summer workout program! Each circuit pairs a dumbbell strength exercise with an ab exercise for a challenging and efficient dumbbell workout.

✔️ 5 Circuits
✔️2 Moves Per Circuit (One Full Body Strength Move and One Abs and Core Exercise)
✔️Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
✔️Repeat Each Strength Exercise x 2 Sets Back-to-Back, Then Perform the Ab Exercise x1 Set

I can't seem to feel single Rear dead lifts; I can feel them with both heels on the floor though, any help is appreciated. Thus was a great workout 😅
I would recommend lifting heavier when doing single rear deadlifts! Otherwise stick to basic deadlifts!
I only do workout and exercise in January April and August February March October and December in Fairfax Va Baltimore Pennsylvania New York and Washington DC
