I just bought one of these and I wear it daily on my EMT shifts. Absolute fantastic and essential piece of Kit. I do like the fact that if you wear it vertically on your belt the pull can actually be tucked away and it will stick to the velcro on the back. Very nice touch and I'm still able to deploy quickly. Fantastic job.

It would be nice if you could possibly sell the front Tearaway as a separate item to replace one that may be used in the field.

For people complaining about the price, hear me out:
Yes, it's expensive, but you know what's worth way more than $45? YOUR (or someone else's) LIFE!
You've got to think about it. Made in the USA, from top-shelf materials, and from a brand new design. It's gonna be expensive until they can nail down the mass production processes that are needed. It's just how this whole "made-in-USA" stuff works.
Trust me, I wish it was half the price too, but the cost of this vs. saving someone's life is invaluable. Ever heard the saying, "You get what you pay for" ? This is like that.

Love it but I don't $45.oo Love it. A 5.11 TQ pouch may not be quite as good but at $11.oo I can buy several for more than one kit. Maybe if you add a sof-TW with it and do a side by side video you might change my mind.

Would buy it. But 45 is not justifiable for me for a pouch. Again, grate product.

people complaining about the price, think of the price of the tourniquet which is a one use item, and fitted with a regular pouch or rubber bands will not facilitate the use of it, this type of systems will. what's the use of spending less on something that's just a passive carrier??? The time you win with this is worth the money, I know as I am working on a kydex model myself

I think this is a great idea and like the other $45 is high but what I are you willing to pay to stay alive. $45 is cheap for me to stay alive. Plus as a one man shop firearms manufacturer I understand the cost of R+D and fronting the bill on a new idea and you kept it made in the US and not China can’t wait till I can try one out

I don't see why people are wigging-out about the price tag. It's a new product, and faster first-aid is priceless.
