While society may be gradually opening up to the complexities surrounding mental health, we as men still face unfortunate stigma when it comes to discussing our emotions and experiences. As a small collective of like-minded lads who have grown tired of such stigma, we’ve built this platform as a space to challenge and dismantle it.
We’re non-profit and non-professional, simply aiming to listen, advise and generate healthy conversation based on our own experiences with mental health issues. While we may not be able to offer medical assistance or therapy, we believe in the power of a safe space and a listening ear, and as this platform grows in size we hope to establish a community built on trust, openness and mutual respect amongst all of its members.
