Thanks for taking us on your walk! Nello looks like he doesn’t like the snow too much. Same with my iggy; he does not like to get his paws wet 😂

I'm so impressed that you are able to go on a walk with both dogs in the snow! My italian greyhound hates the snow (and rain) and refuses to stay out any longer than the few minutes it takes him to go potty.

A chilly walk today ! Nello is a trooper! Nice to see Philou too. My greyhounds and I bundle up to walk in the cold, and we're usually ok for a 20-30 min walk. What they hate is wet, slushy surfaces, so we have to cut short our walks when the ground is like that. We also avoid places like that when there's salt in the mix.
Oh yes, Nello is the same. You may have noticed he walks funny when the ground is wet/cold. Kind of like „ew nope, I‘m not doing this“ 🤣😂
Thanks for the beautiful view! Cold, snowy days always look so appealing but require so much prep 😁 to survive. A couple of days are alright; however, living in a place where summer days can often be over 100F, it's debatable which is better. My little Colin would race through the cold and burrow under thick covers even on the hottest days. Rain was his only nemesis.

I agree dogs need a daily walk regardless of their breed. My Iggy gets 2 long walks a day no matter what the weather is doing. She has clothes/coats and loves her walks. Once she gets going she’s running around loving life.
It’s humans that dont want to walk in the rain and cold lol

I love snow! And I also have 2 sighthounds (not pure-bred though) and we live in a country where winters can be pretty harsh. Unfortunately, my little boy, Teddie (he's a whippet mix) refuses to run in the cold. And my big girl, Miya, doesn't mind the snow and the ice - she'll run in any weather. So every time we go on a walk I try to convince Teddie to play with Miya but end up playing with her on my own and then Teddie insists we go inside as quickly as possible! It saddens me so much that Teddie gets cold even in a snowsuit on, but at least Miya is warm in any weather because of her love for activities! Anyway, thanks for the video. Yea every dog is different. Philou doesn’t mind the cold at all while Nello starts shivering when it’s below 10 degrees 😅 Thank you for your comment! Philou doesn‘t live with us, that‘s why he only appears occasionally 🥰
I love your vids! You deserve more subscribers! I’ve been dying to get an IG since 2016 or even earlier. I now have a good permanent government job, work mostly from home, have a great savings (and will buy pet insurance most definitely). I’m just scared to pull the trigger. It’s a 15+ year commitment! What would you recommend getting “out of the way” before totally committing?
Where is Nello’s coat from? I find it so difficult to find coats that fit my little Mazie! ❤
