Thanks for posting When I had my dozen Saints, Great Dane, Husky, ROtty and DOberman all rescued dogs oh how much fun they loved the snow. We would build a snow fort and makes lots of snowballs to lob at dogs and they would try and catch them in their mouths. our big white Saint Baron 185 lbs 36 inch collar, got angry when you hit him in the ass and he would charge at us so damn funny and of course with his weight he would knock us down and cover us with snow. Oh how good they all were then when they were finally tired they would come in get some water and plop their butts around the big wood fireplace and you could see steam coming off of their wet coats. then snore my lord it sounded like a freight train. but a couple of hours of snooze and water and they wanted to go out again. That was 50 yrs ago I miss every dang one...Sadly big dogs HE calls them home too fast So folks love your pets and remember please when helping a stray homeless animal and adopting remember the seniors and dogs and cats who may not be a show cat or show dog. They have so much love left to give ya and remember they have friends, never adopt just 1 always get a pair they are like a potato chip you cannot eat just one! It snowed for me today and it was deep like 4 inches. I got my male dog to come out in the snow and his legs were burried so it looked like he was swimming. He didn't know how to get back on the porch since it was covered in snow.
