Absolutely wrong examples. In the 80's Berger was clocked in at 351km/h in 1986, with Benetton BMW. With 4 bar limit in 1987, Piquet reached 352 in the Williams Honda. Even in 1988 with 2.5 bar limit, Warwick reached 315 in the Arrows Megatron (BMW engine). you overdid it with 2019. Those are high drag cars. even with DRS open and that illegal engine and little slipstream it was 353km/h. that slipstream battles in the race don't count
For 90s should have used post 1998 car loke the Ferrari F399, and 2010s definitely not 2011 Redbull, thats the slowest straightline F1 car in many decade, a 2016 turbo hybrid would have been much faster.
V10 is the soundtrack of F1. Nothing can beat it.
Many engine sounds can beat V10s. They were horrible.

2009-2013 have the V8s needed to go from 19k rpm to 18k rpm.
The pre 2009 V8s sound like a deeper V10.

In 1988 there was a change in the regulations for the use of turbo and a reduction in power.

1988 limited the turbo pressure. Also 1988 turbo cars were limited to 120 kg of fuel or so per race
