Absolutely wrong examples. In the 80's Berger was clocked in at 351km/h in 1986, with Benetton BMW. With 4 bar limit in 1987, Piquet reached 352 in the Williams Honda. Even in 1988 with 2.5 bar limit, Warwick reached 315 in the Arrows Megatron (BMW engine). 2013 Redbull was inaccurate. With that sort of setup no way can it do 350kph, it'd be 330kph. They should have used the 2016 narrow but powerful turbo hybrids. Also the 90s they should have chosen the narrower more powerful 1998-1999 cars not 1993 Williams.

you overdid it with 2019. Those are high drag cars. even with DRS open and that illegal engine and little slipstream it was 353km/h. that slipstream battles in the race don't count

In 1988 there was a change in the regulations for the use of turbo and a reduction in power.

1988 limited the turbo pressure. Also 1988 turbo cars were limited to 120 kg of fuel or so per race
