No judge or rule can save a marriage if there is no trust between the couples.
I don't know what happened, but if you both want to be married; no one can stop you. If parents are coming in between; file a restitution case and no one will be allowed to mess with your marriage. Shaadi kiye ho, yeh koi mazak ka vishay nahi hai.Apna ghar basao. Woh koi bhi aapke liye nahi kar sakta; yeh toh khud karna padta hai.

If u were judge..then many families like this will spoil by u
it didn't listen the hearing properly, it was fabricated by her father, judges can smell it... they r not a dumb
The domestic violence laws are Sexist and extremely regressive, men and boys cannot be victims of domestic violence and they can only be perpetrators ( even if they're the real victims of physical violence from a female adults)
A civilised and descent judges will make sure such biased and misandric are not misused.
Domestic violence laws are sexist and gender-biased in India , men and boys cannot be victims and female assaulters cannot be charged. Male victims of DV get charged falsely just bcs their female spouse could earn more alimony payment under the sexist and regressive DV laws in India
This is a false case. He knew. If so, judge and Police will do something about his bad/domestic violence behavior.
