10:48 - Judge saab first says further proceedings under the FIR are to be stopped...then checks himself and begins by saying that it has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that the FIR is being used to harass the petitioners and hence police are restrained from certain actions like arresting anyone under the FIR.
