Great video!!! I’m looking for a Veepak now! Could you do a video on how you setup and installed your fuel system? I doing an LS swap in a mustang coupe and have not figured that out yet. Thanks in advance!!
CouchHam there are way too many ways to run a fuel system. I’ve spent hours look at specific fittings, I’ve done it a few ways. You need to know if it is a return style, power goals and budget.
Bruce Harmer the factory cluster is just there. No wires or anything to it. Just to keep the old look. I plugged the adapter into the obd2 port for the newer motor that’s in the truck. I just have the obd2 port wired and mounted in the engine bay. I made my harness and that’s where I have all my fuses and relays sitting, seemed like a good spot for the obd as well.
Oh shoot. I should elaborate. I got my engine from a Silverado. What I mean is. I’ve installed the engine and complete wiring harness, computer, fuse panel etc from the Silverado. I was wondering if the engine will still function fine without the factory Silverado cluster plugged into its original harness. Hope that makes sense.. I appreciate the help!
Bruce Harmer yes it will work fine. I’m only using the engine side of the harness. Anything that came out of the fuse box that went into the truck was eliminated.
It's not a device. You need an ELM327 bluetooth module from Amazon for $15. It plugs into your OBD2 port. You then get an old shitty Tablet and download the Torque App. Thats it
You can use that if you use an aftermarket ECU like a Holley Terminator X.
fun fun terminator x has its own display, it’s pretty awesome. This is mostly stock ecu you need an obd2 port. Most aftermarket will not.
@@FcDominick I know, but it's small.
fun fun they have upgrades on the Holley site

CouchHam honestly you can probably run the stock mustang pump, lines and all of your fairly stock.
Is that a radio that's far left on the dash on inside of that Studebaker?
No. That’s the factory gauges. This truck was never equipped with a radio. But I have a head unit in the glove box now
So do u lose all ur settings if u have to unplug the adaptor to pull codes?
Awesome info. But did you just leave the factory cluster u plugged? Not even in the truck?

Awesome!! Thanks!!
Does it do oil psi?
Great info
Does the speedo read as well in that app?
Jeremey Goodson Speedo reads like the tach. Use it everyday day like this. It’s pretty reliable.
Does it need WiFi or data to work ?
Bluetooth capabilities
Hey, how do you do the odometer? If just using the Obd2 port?
You can add an odometer to the screen from the app. Problem is because it is GPS-based it resets to zero whenever you shut off power to the unit.
Sounds good
Thank bro great video
Pretty neat! Is there an oil level gauge, oil pressure gauge, and fuel pressure gauge on the app?
Yes
If you don't quit slamming the damn thing down it's not going to work at all. My God man. Lol
😂
heres my dash set up from the app

Milo Ace it’s a 10 year old cellphone. Use whatever’s available. Just get an android device. This is budget, and that’s what I had.
