Use a wood dowel and wrap your cloth around it, and your hand will not take such a beating. Easier on your fingers and provides more pressure on the area of track your cleaning.

i have automobile chrome polish and rust remover that looks like that stuff, will that work?

That’s way too messy, it gets in the tracks and takes too long, also makes your track white!
Use 600 wet and dry paper. Won’t come up as shiney but works as well with less mess !
White vingers better. Just dip the track for 2mins and rinse comes out perfect no mess and no work and it shines.
@@budman8926 how much white vinegar? Do we dilute it with water?
