What a great idea! I ordered a couple of those rollers after I stumbled upon your video. I have Policar track as well, and the only thing I have been able to use is a horsehair brush, and sometimes a shop vac (which is clunky to use). I don't want to get too carried away, as I don't want to take up all the rubber that's been laid down, but this will be great for a light roll to get the surface dust. Thanks for posting!

Thanks, I would start out on a straight because they are super sticky at first then they get less sticky then do the turns just in case you are worried about taking the rubber off the track in the turns, that's how we do our track and at first your like wholly this thing sticks like glue but after like one straight it gets less tacky and then works really good. this tracks hard to clean because of the surface and this is the best I found so far to clean it up.

I use Lint rollers on my Ninco track. Works amazing. Picks up dust and cat hair with ease. Not as sticky as the roller you demonstrated.

yeah this is sticky at first then it works really well, I learned to do the straights first then the turns when it's not as sticky and it works great. Thanks so much for watching.

Very easy to pick up! I use tapes to pick up tiny bugs in house. Sticky is good!

Nice. I use those on my stock tires too. Just ordered a set of tires you recommended. Should be here next week.

Yeah I use the mini ones on the tires the big ones work great on the track to clean it up especially on this rough policar track surface. What tires you speaking of? Thanks

Hi Steve, this seems to be so sticky that it might pull the rails of the plastic. Lol. No seriously, I get the impression, that it might will take of the grip you build up over time with the tires, that it will take that film right off, don`t you think? This is nice to have I think, if you got access to the whole track, but I guess it is not so handy, if you don`t. Greets over to you 🙂

Good point I was thinking that also but I figured you do the long straights first and it gets way less tacky then you can do the turns and the next couple straights leading out of the turns afterword's so it won't pull the rubber off the track surface. It's only super sticky when you first start using it so just do the straights first and you will be fine 👍 Thanks very much for watching.

@@BSslotcars You are welcome Steve. I see, because I can`t feel how sticky it is from over here. It is the same with duck-tape. It heavily sticks in the beginning. If you want that tape to stick less, stick on your Jeans and pull it off again. Repeat that as many times, as needed and it will stick less each time pulled off. This method goes about with every tape in general. ;-)

Cool! they are super sticky when you first use them so start out doing all your straights and then do the turns when they are less tacky. Thanks for watching.

    Is Policars track 3D printed?

    • @BSslotcars

He he this thing sticks so good at first your motor will go up in smoke! No it's surface is like tiny pyramids and the surface is sharp it digs into the rubber tires and that's why the cars with even there stock tires grip really good and also because of the texture it don't matter if the track is dusty it still grips really good, This is why ninco, scx, and now policar made there surface like it and now so is the new scale auto track that's just like carrera but textured like the policar it just works awesome. Thanks for watching brotha!
