- Dr. Steven Shafer testified that Michael Jackson had such complex drug problems that he was in uncharted waters medically, calling it a "pharmacological never-never land."Dr. Conrad Murray told LAPD detectives that he thought Jackson was possibly addicted to painkillers, and he was also trying to wean Jackson off of the anesthetic propofol. Dr. Shafer testified that Jackson's unique combination of problems would have been a challenge for any doctor to treat, because not enough research exists on the effects of propofol withdrawal. Well said Doc . RIP MJ🙏
What the hell was DR. Murray doing? I don’t get it.
Tell it Doc it is inconceivable!
Murray wasn’t qualified to be Michaels doctor.he didn’t have sufficient experience.
There are much higher mortality rates and health complications when propofol is used over longer periods of time. This has been proven in medical studies over and over which is why they like to keep people under for a matter of hours versus several days and the risks are significantly increased when someone is anestitized for weeks or months on end. MJ was getting propofol everyday for months and this in itself causes the risk of serious complications to rise dramatically, even in healthy individuals.
This is all so messed up!
It’s it crazy the general public never new of the word Propofol, and that Micheal May have been an addict of it which is super rare.
Dependent is the right word, not addict.
@@Anne-dm8vkI'm a huge MJ fan/stan but he absolutely was an extreme addict
Michael Jackson wanted ' YES' people around him all the time, so I think that possibly contributed, to the problem, but it does not excuse Dr. Conrad Murray. Michael wanted to sleep, and he wanted the propofol, but Muray should have found other ways to help him sleep.
he wanted solution to his request which is totally fair for anybody not just michael jackson
So let’s give MJ hard drugs to deal with all of his psychological issues, but let’s not give MJ clinician, professionals to help him work through his issues and find other ways to cope…
I am disgusted...
doesnt the doctor read description over drug. whom you giving license to..shameless
Whenever a lawyer is making good points the defense attorney and the accused always pretend they’re writing. Same thing in political debates.
I believe that other people with way more power are the ones responsible for Michaels death. I think Conrad Murray was the “fall guy”
You cant be a fall guy dumb ass if your the one giving it to him he was giving the medicine to mj so no he's the killer
he seems more like a drug dealer to me.
I think you’re naive at best.
no hes actually a murder that put the drug that killed him he was not framed he actually injected him the lethal dose moron
homey is lit! Steven Shafer fan.
Michael overdosed himself by accident, but Murray was negligent to begin with for leaving him alone so long and not having proper equipment to revive him. He deserved more then 2 years in jail.
How can you overdose yourself of an anaesthetic? It knocks you out, Murray was just neglectful and didn’t have proper equipment to monitor Michael. Also what kind of cardiologist don’t know how to do cpr?
i almost believed what you said until i run through the trials
Who suggested Murray to Michael anyway?
Michael himself..He asked the agency he was in contract with for the tour... For a personal physician and he asked for Murry beacause they had known each other before
In fact lot of articles say the agency questioned Michael on his choice .. telling him that there are lot of highly qualified practictioners in UK why Murray ? But Michael insisted
And he wanted propofol himself "he called it the milk" cz he liked the replinishment he got from it...But Murray being a doctor should have known better that its all wrong
i just run through this trial these days where AEG CEO admitted michael had requested a dr to ensure his health during the rehearsal and touring but AEG pushed back thanks to the high cost of hiring someone from the states or the UK. Murray was then introduced to the job by michael after the cost conern raised by AEG.
Murray poisoned M.J. with protocol. M.J. was missing practice because his body was numb.RIP M.J.
I have a theory about that. I think Michael was in the beginning of brain death. The only reason he made it till June 25th was because Murray actually knocked him out with other drugs, the benzos, which actually forced Michael to sleep properly for the first time in almost 60 days. Lack of rem sleep will kill you too.
Michael jackson probably had a very common problem called sleep apena but no one ever tested him for it. Alot if people have bad insomnia that's actually an apena.
How in gods name do you leave anyone in the middle of cardiac arrest he should of at least had the bodyguards start cpr, who knows maybe they knew cpr.
Theres no such thing as cpr on the bed unless it a hospital bed and the 1 hand theory its madness.
How does a cardiologist get certified without actually knowing how to save a patient properly in any type of arrest? Did he get his medical degree online?
When he realized it was urgent to call medical help he waited and let MJ to hide all his illegal stuffs
Imagine if he had someone at competent as this man by him….
Sooooooooooooooooooooo terrible and just shameful shameful situation shameful situation situation my goodness gracious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
true money minded murray shamee.. he want to escape when ths happens.. sure he took mone from someone to do so.shamee sony paid this im sure tommy ruined him bcz mj was against.. such shame same happn to prince after for what. loks lik all blak singr to get wipe off
So look sad for king of pop yall😡😡😡😡!!!!!!
Mj was gonna do the This is it tour because he was 400 million in debt,on the verge of bankruptcy ,How did he afford to pay Murray 100 million a month? I don't get it.
Mr Robles : Sir, Murray was being paid $150,000 / month. NOT 100 million $ / month!! ------------------WolfSky9
It was proven later on, they just found the evidence too late, that Murray got paid by AEG. Mesereau talked about it in an interview, which is somewhere here on YT.
@@richardkovacs2006 That's very common with big starts, especially those on Michaels level. If you want me to perform then you will pay for x,y,z to get me there. Considering the tour was due to make AEG hundreds of millions of dollars 150k per month was a small expense in their eyes.
@@jfreeman2047 MJ wanted Dr. Treacy, not Murray. There are some interviews with him, he himself said MJ wanted him, and as soon as MJ was to arrive in London it was Treacy, who would have been his private doc. I guess both Murray and AEG knew, that Murrays days were almost over... And Dr. Treacy was NOT the type anyone could control.
Murray said, $150,000 a month🥺😵💉💊♠️
HAAA NICE PUN FUNNNNNNY
🕴️
Is there a mirror to the left of him?
I suspect he might be directing his responses to the jury.
Or, the Judge.🤳
The Dr. with the white/silver hair is really really hot. That’s all I got from this
Lizzy Hale uhm
Lizzy Hale 😂😂
Educated, yes..🥰 Hot?? 🤷♀️
it appears this individual doesn't know how to speak into a microphone, front and centre.. It's really pissing me off.
He's looking and speaking directly to the jury. This is common for people who testify in a lot of cases, which I assume this doctor has. You're taught to look directly at the jury when making a point. That's why he turns to look at them when he says how negligent Murray was, in his opinion, so it makes a lasting impression.
brenyboy26 so piss off
brenyboy26 dude he is talking to the jury
A bit overly dramatic...someone's putting on a show and liking the attention!
he's an expert witness to explain how certain drugs work in medicine, how they usually use them etc to a non-expert jury. I mean he's there for the attention. That's the whole point of him being there.
Not at all, he is speaking up for a dead person whose life could have been saved, he obviously despises Murderer Murray for what he's done.
Hardly. He comes across as being out if his comfort zone in a courtroom... but nonetheless he chose to be there because he was THAT upset about the malpractice. And from what he is saying it is clear why the testifying doctor is legitimately upset. The person on trial had a drug meant only for an operating room in a hospital (surrounded by a team of doctors and nurses) and basically used it like it was a fire-and-forget sleeping pill.
Seems like as a qualified doctor, he’s outraged that Murray did what he did, (or lack thereof).
@@nopenope7914 And, Malpractice insurance is Ridiculously High for every Physician!! This is why!!!!!
