  • A quick and easy way to ease anxiety and panic attacks, Based on Dr. Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory. This method helps to re-gain a balance in the nervous system to ward off or reduce that the hyper alert sensation that comes with being anxious. I call this relaxation method the "vagal brake" Over the last 2 years I have been using it myself and teaching it to those in need. It takes just a few minutes and is great for stress, fear, anxiety and interrupting panic attacks.

My amygdala has hijacked my sleep. An accident caused it back in April. It keeps me from falling asleep, haven't slept naturally since. I've been having to use pills to sleep, doctor gave me benzos. I feel as bad as I've ever felt. Help!

Thanks for the video. Please can you advise me how to come out of fear. I got fear when I heard that my father had died last year - its was false news. I cant not switch my mind off. I always thinking of death and most mornings and frightens me. This has been happening for over 1 year. I suffer with severe headachs and a dry and blistered tongue.

Compelling video, but the multiple ads made it very difficult to follow. I'd recommend you turn them off for a guided meditative video such as this,
