    Can you guys make a 2nd configuration without the passenger pegs?? I don’t have pegs on mine and looking to have my plate relocated like the 2nd configuration like the video

    try to buy it on their website, but it is not in stock, :( when will it be available again?

      Unfortunately the factory is having trouble keeping up right now. We have been selling 4-5 times faster than they can supply. Your best bet is to drop your email into the notification box on the product page. As soon as the parts are marked back in stock our system will send you an email. I would say at that point be ready to snipe because they are going to go fast.

    Just installed mine. I don't know how you got that nut on the screw for the closeout so effortlessly.

    • @TSTindustries

      I just held it in place and rotated the screw from the outside

      TSTindustries I put the screw on a L wrench and slid it over the screw. I love the look of second configuration.

      go to MRcycles.com and navigate to your bike model/year. The microfiche on that site is easy to navigate and prices are good. That is where we get our OEM parts.

    Will this still work if the rear pegs are removed?? only got the r1 yesterday so not sure what parts would remain if I removed the pegs

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Craig Cadman is the dogbone shape link that goes between the rear pegs still present on your bike?

    • @craigcadman3613
      @craigcadman3613 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I still have my legs fitted but if I removed them can I still leave the bar on?? Or does it have to be removed??

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Craig Cadman I believe that you can keep it in place. Then our fender eliminator attaches to that link.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I just checked all the microfiche for those components. When you remove your footrests the link will have no place to mount. I remember a customer that was in this situation. He had to use longer screws to screw through the subframe into the fender eliminator hinge bosses and that allowed him to still install our fender eliminator on that setup. I hope this helps.

      Thank you very helpful I will just grab a couple of longer bolts 👍👍👍👍

  • @AznParkSkier
    @AznParkSkier 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    If you snug the bolts light/tight enough you could have a pretty good flip kit if you want to reach back by hand. haha.

      +Nathan illest Yea but then the screws would probably vibrate out easily

    Will the low mount option still be visible if my bike is lowered 2"???

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      that is touch to say without trying it on there. I would not recommend the lower setup with a lowered suspension though. It may not have enough clearance for the license plate in that location.

    I have a 2004 and I don't have that small metal spacer at the foot pegs.

    • @fonzhurt6280
      @fonzhurt6280 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The bottom of this tail looks nothing like my bike. I have 4 holes at the end of the tail, not 3 and one 1" hole close to the tail light.

  • @rroadrider15
    @rroadrider15 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    what if I don't have the part for the lower option what would that pics be called?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That part is called "Reinforcement" by Yamaha, and the part number is 14B-27469-00-00. You can get that at MRcycles.com

      we sell these kits with and without license plate lights. The installation video does not show the license light installation because we have a separate video for that.

    What kind of ratchet is that?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +WHITE LIGHTNING A number of companies made it under license from whoever invented it a couple years ago. I think at this point only Stanley tools still offers it. Look up Stanley tools...these aren't too expensive and make every job easier.
