I have a two year old blue Supernova which i love. I put a Red Rooster end can and link pipe which make the bike sound fantastic plus it helped the power. Also fitted a set of hard panniers that dont take too much away from the bikes looks however i think fitting a rear rack with maybe a top box will spoil the look of the bike. As for the dash Enfield should put a rev counter on the bike with the tripper placed in the center of it to bring a symmetrical look to the dash.... Anyway enjoy the little Meteor, i love mine..
A couple of years ago I had a meteor 350 which had an engine management light coming on in the English winter, I had it reset at the dealership twice and then bought an eBay code reader and turned it off at least three more times before the dealership had a ecm flash to update the oil temperature data, which was the cause of the engine light, code states oil temperature to low very annoying but I think they may have sorted it now on the new model 😊
i switched up from the meteor 350 to the super meteor and i still miss that little bike, its got such a lot of charm, but at the same time i absolutely love the 650's extra horsepower. Fuel efficiency i miss too lol. 650 is thirsty.Cant wait for spring to get back on the road! cheers!
That is a fine bike Marc! I love the mods. I love my Meteor as well. It was good to "ride" along with you today. We are at 9 degrees F, so no riding at the moment. Thanks again.
Hi Mark. Maybe instead of installation of heated grips maybe take a look to simple hanbars. I had them in my previous bike and I will install them on my new Meteor 350. The most advantage of them is, that the air stream doesn't punch your hands, thus you don't feel any cold air so much as without any handguards.
Hi Marc, you are a braver man than I Gunga Din ! Too cold for me here in Denmark. Looking forward to Spring. If you find yourself up this way I would love to meet up.
Conditions were ripe for what we call "black ice". I little too risky for me. 😏 I purchased a light set of pannier rails . They are meant to keep my soft leather bags away from the wheel. The bag straps wrap around the hand rails.Just received mod #15, a rear fender plate for when I want to remove the pannier seat to sport a more bobber style. Looking forward to your upcoming excursion. Cheers. 🍻
It's certainly a bit too nippy to be out at the moment isn't it Marc? I went out for an hour today on my Bullet 350 and had to come home because my hands and face went numb. Roll on spring!
Respect for riding in this temperature! Here in South Texas it is 50f or 10c and I was out riding my Triumph T120 Bonneville today. I don't have the heated gear because we don't usually get the cold weather.
Well done getting out in such cold temps. These days it's optional for me so it has to be 4~5C and preferably sunny! My meteor has givi pannier rails and rack, the pannier frames mount to the footpeg as well as bracing between the two sides via a rear brace, so they feel pretty sturdy, if that helps? I'm still on the original rear shocks but I do occasionally lube the pushrod with gt85 just to help it overcome stiction (same on front forks). They are comfy but do wallow at around 60-65mph around bumpy country roads, which I'm certain your quality shocks wont.
Back in the day I made it a couple of times to the Dragon Rallye in Northern Wales, in February through the Belgian Ardennes so I remember well what it is to ride with minus temperatures, and I feel with You, Marc. I used to put hand protectors onto the handlebars . A bit flickery as one doesn't see the shifters. Also a Bagster cover for waist and legs. Couldn't do it anymore, as I am much closer to 70 than to 18 now ;-) Also, I rode to winter meetings on my BMW sidecar-outfit, especially after a heavy experience once with me riding solo and my wife following solo on her machine all the way back from Düsseldorf through the Eifel, where we got into a heavy snow storm. I'll never forget that day...thanks for Your postings. I'm thinking that maybe I'll change the rear shocks of my 350 classic. Ride safe, and enjoy Your wonderful 350 Royal Enfield Meteor. I am pretty sure these machines are the last ones of a kind.
Hi, what are your thoughts on the new ngk spark plug? I have done this modification based on your suggestion, but haven't been able to ride my bike yet as the weather is so poor here in England. Just wondered if you can notice any difference from the standard plug?
Bonne route .
Kindly make a video on how to sync both audio captured on two different cameras in post processing.searched a lot in you tube but didn't find much.how to edit dual audio captured in OA5pro using dji mic2 to get that sweet engine sound. Please explain thanks in advance
Looking forward to your next modifications on your Meteor 350 👍👍

I tried the 650 and it was a bit too heavy for me but it looks great. Have a safe ride!
@Marc.Stones enjoy the gas mileage on the meteor! 450km on a full tank i miss it haha

Hi David, it's too cold here in Germany too. I will let you know, when I rid3 in direction of Denmak :-) Cheers Marc
Hi Marc,
Hitchcock's now sell a bracket to centre the speedo. Looks good 👍
Hi, yes I already found this bracket. Maybe I will try it.

We currently have proper icy and snowy roads here in Finland so i probably wait a few months before riding my 260kg monster :D

Absolutely right, I am looking forward to spring 🙂
Nice but to cold for me good luck to you 😂

What's your plans for this year?
To travel more with my motorcycle 🙂

9:17 so basically that's 90 mpg (imperial gallons)

In polish the word for dangerous is a literally "notwithoutdanger"
Why can't they just say WITH danger and have a shorter word?
@@TomBartram-b1c napisałem dobrze zgodnie z zasadami pisowni , nie wiem o co chodzi :)

Hi, I think the engine runs a bit smoother but this can also be because of the DNA air filter.
I hope to get out on my classic soon... Looking forward to it. 1 deg C here, so no fun to be had just yet
Hello, did you add a mud guard extension to the front fender?
No, this one ist stock at the Aurora model
Which one do you ride most often, the Classic or the Meteor?
I only own the Meteor 350 now.

you mentioned in another video that you felt that the Super Meteor 350 was more comfortable than the Classic 350, why is that?
Hallo Marc , just wanted to ask how much Royal Enfield service is in Germany because I might be moving there soon.
Hi, I don't know the concrete price, but it is not expensive.
👌👌🌹🌹❤❤🌷🌷👍👍😊😊
Just get a quad lock btw its great
Sprich doch lieber Deutsch! Vielen Dank und Gruß
