Thanks coach Mia! Nothing against short people, but I’m 6’2” and most other “helpful tips” out there on TH-cam are done by people with NOT similar limb lengths. It definitely makes a difference if our pendulums are completely different lengths.

To rise up on the rings you have to keep applying downward pressure meaning you can’t lose pressure in the front or back swing when you do you will slip. The gymnast talking
These aren't ring muscle-ups. They are a CrossFit invention. All this does is create massive dynamic loads on the shoulder while pretending you're strong enough to do an actual RMU. I do CrossFit and understand the benefits of kipping in certain situations. This is an example of the absolute worst of CrossFit and is an absolute abomination.
