You must apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage into scalp with very little pressure. Do not pull on your hair. The hair coming in seems to be good quality. I have less hair fall overall. I use at night, the serum does not make your hair sticky, but you only need a few drops to work - less is more. I also, switched pillows cases to satin so that my sleep is easier on my hair.
