- Hey guys! Haven't posted in a while and I think I'm due for a game room tour video. I've been collecting since 2011 and almost all of my collection has come from flea markets, yard sales, and thrift stores. Any comments or questions just leave down below. Thank you for watching!

Great video! awesome collection and set up, just started collecting old games and replaying old games might take a while to get to this level though!
I remember playing those kiosks at Sears. Love the game room man!
Thank you!
i have been expecting this video for a few months now and just got on youtube and see this in the front page uploaded 1 min ago :D . Amazing setup btw!
Appreciate the support man! I finally got the room organized for the video
Ahh Time Capsule is one of my fav retro stores! Nice N64 box they sold you! Also nice collection!
Definitely one of the best. And thank you!
Nice game room. Mine is kind of similar, but smaller. Would love seeing the dogs break out their toys! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks man! I'll definitely show off the pups in the next video
You’re back nice set as always it’s time to get back out there and hunt
Absolutely. Hopefully will have a different work schedule this year, will have time to hunt
Sick kiosks.
Thanks brother appreciate it
Ive stared a game room in my basement. Sadly i was a PC gamer. So i dont have consoles and games collected from all generations.
I do have a switch and about 30 physical games.
A 360 with about 100 physical games.
My Legenda Ultimate Arcade, with a retro shooter Pandora box attached.
My PC with a 2TB emulation HD with 4300 games. From NES to PS4.
@@MuffHam Sounds like you have a solid 360 collection going. Doesn't matter the size as long as you got a spot to game! I also just got a PC and I love it so far
@@RIGameHunting I have a arcade room in my basement.
@@MuffHam that's awesome!
@@RIGameHunting Legends Ultimate cabinet, with Pandoras Retro shooter hooked up too it. Have 90 light gun games, 4000 games on arcade.
The 360, switch dock, and Wii.
Then my computer with a 2 TB external HD with 4400 games.
Arcade style rugs, RGB lighting.
That N64 kiosk is tall; where it is one of the ceiling tiles was removed. A lot of N64 kiosks are really tall.
Very tall.... Took me hours to take it apart, bring it down stairs and back together again.
The fact that you got all the Nintendo boxes in great condition is astonishing & I applaud you. My gamecube box withered down 20 years ago unfortunately 😕
@@Universal035 Complete in box systems are my favorite thing to collect. I am always on the lookout for them. I sometimes I have to get empty boxes and slowly piece them together until they are complete
What consoles did you own growing up? Handheld and home consoles.
@@mariokart8715 I grew up with the GameCube and a red Gameboy SP. My dad had an OG Xbox at his place. Then I got the Wii and the DS lite. In 2011 my house was broken into and most of my stuff was stolen. Had to restart my collection and got a Wii again and a used ps3 fat. From there my hoarding took over lol.
could you image if this was preserved post apocalypse and someone with a gas generator found it.............id never leave
@@unfairIy they would be in post apocalyptic heaven lol
Amazing game room! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for the support! Really appreciate it
What's that headset holder on top of the mini fridge? That's pretty awesome
Its a PlayStation headset holder. When you put a headset on it, the weight pushes it down and turns the light on. Believe its called "PlayStation head light"
perfect place for good movie
Are disc based games safe in a basement? What with the humidity and everything
I really dont stress about the humidity in my basement. Its well insulated and I have dehumidifier running all the time. A dehumidifier does a great job if your basement has moisture issues.
what were the 6 games that were on the genesis stand originally?
I don't believe there were a set six games. They are interchangeable. I would imagine they would have some sort of Sonic game and other hot games that were out at that time.
This is awesome man, I wanna have my own game room one day
Thanks man I appreciate it!
and finally. to protect those n64 controller arms on the kiosk use chemical guy water based lotion rubber protection to keep the rubber from drying out. beleive me those controller arms are designed to last. i got some broken one with some parts i needed i tried to break of the broken rubber its tough to break.
That awesome advice. Ill get some of that lotion ASAP. Thank you!
@@RIGameHunting no problem! btw im the same guy that helped you with the mario chip a few years ago lol. i have alot of accounts here. it happens after nearly 20 years being on this site lol
I appreciate The consistent advice you have been a huge help
I think I emailed you those dimensions that you needed for the N64 if you need them again let me know
@@RIGameHunting no problem! and no i never got it. my email id kinda flakey at times. if you could resend it that would be great! i just kinda forgot about it lol. ive been keep an eye on ebay for them. but no luck. but i did manage to find the metal attachments for my controller arms
Arcade1Up is now making XL cabinets.
@@mariokart8715 yes! They dont need the riser and they have the fake coin slots.
I think they realized that most of the customers were adults not kids lol
Please get some IKEA Kallax units in your game room to replace a little bit of your existing shelving.
@@mariokart8715 I will look for those the next time I go thank you!
very nice
Thank you! Appreciate you watching my video
Wheres the VR 1 though, no Resident Evil Biohazard?
I definitely need Resident Evil Biohazard. My buddy Stan has the VR1. Its pretty neat. The VR2 is a little more comfortable
@@RIGameHunting RE7 is unrivaled in terror, in VR. I've had two dudes try it once, they refused to go back in....
@@Alien_isolationist now I am definitely going to try it out
You purchased your Vectrex in 2011... I purchased mine January of 1983. when did you start collecting.
Been collecting since 2010. Started when I was in the 8th grade picking up $1 atari games at my local game store. Got real serious when I started actually working. Been going hardcore now since 2018.
@@RIGameHunting I've been gaming and collecting since 1977 at age 9, Till today From the NES to the NEO-GEO AES and everything today.
Thats awesome man!
Real nice setup! Especially with the Kiosks the Sega one is awesome I remember playing those at Sears and N64 at a Game store.
Thanks man appreciate it! The kiosks are definitely my favorite. I'm looking for a GameCube one next. I remember playing with one at K-Mart when i was younger
that wii u kiosk is 🔥🔥
Thank you! One of my favorite things my collection
Awesome game room! I would definitely be spending all my free time down there.
Thanks man! Its definitely my most used part of the house
Respect!
Thank you!
I seriously want the Pokemon n64 so bad and I love Pokemon. But nice to see the game room!
I felt the same way. I almost got one last year at an estate sale but someone beat me to it.
@@RIGameHuntingaww man. I guess I’ll find one during yard sale season.
Hey brother what is the Facebook group for the kiosk?
There are two of them.
- The video game kiosk and display collectors
-Gaming kiosk and display collectors
It was much bigger until October of last year when Nintendo got the group shut down. Nintendo was salty over switch kiosk being posted.
where did you get the 2 shelves that have all your games?
Amazon! They are called "Atlantic Elite XL Media Storage Cabinet"
I love your Pac-Man Arcade game 🎉
Thank you!
Kiosk is possibly from Lechmere.
Just looked them up. Very good chance it is from there
Hey subscribed nice setup! Rhode Island? Same here if so!
Thank you! Yes, good old Rhode Island man. I live in Warwick
@@RIGameHunting nice! Moved from there 2.5 years ago. Over in scituate now
also not sure if you are aware but you can change marios voice pitch on the n64 kiosk. incase you didnt want him to sound like a mouse lol. there a pot on the board you can change it with via screw driver.
I will definitely mess with it. Do you know what one it is again? I remember you told me before
@@RIGameHunting its the green pot if i recall but basically look under the pot it will say voice pitch. use a screw driver to change it
@@chadlondon8428 thank you what are the measurements you need again I can't find my original email I'm going to have to remeasure and I'll just put them in here I'll take apart my kiosk either today or tomorrow and get back with you on those measurements
@@RIGameHunting i still have the email i think ill resend it when i get home.
also for the sega kiosk. id take it apart and do a uv hydrogen retro bright to get the plastic de yellowed.
I thought about that. However, I've never done that before and I'm a little hesitant until I do it on another item
@@RIGameHunting its safe to do but you do have that logo that might be effected. so anything with out paint would be fine
Okay good to know. Ill probably try it on another thing first as a test run
for your game hole cubby just drll out a hole i nteh back and put a 120mm or 140mm fan behind it. exsept for the ps3 that must be out at all times lol
Ive thought about that. And literally yesterday my Ps3 started to overheat. So i think its time to put in a 19 blade fan.
@@RIGameHunting if you really want to keep the ps3 cool use artic mx6 on the cpu and gpu for better thermals. and if you want to take it to the next step you can delid both chips and redo the thermal paste underneath. me personally i prefer a a ps2 for ps1 and 2 and a slim or super slim for ps3. those old ps3 have faulty underfill on the gpu and is unfortunatly the cause of the YLOD. its just easier to use a ps2 for ps2 lol.
Thats literally what I am going to be doing this weekend. I had no idea there was paste under the chips until I watched a video on it. Both of my backward compatible ps3 stopped working this week. One of them starts up and within a minute says it is too hot and shuts off. The other one works fine for like 5 minutes then the screen starts to glitch and turn green and pink.
@@RIGameHunting well unfortunately there no way around it. the console will die no matter what but the cooler you can keep it the longer it will last. if you want to go all out then theres a frankie ps3 mod that transfers a newer gpu from a slim over to the phat model which it the permanent fix for this. but its costly and few people know how to do it. so imo ps2 is best imo. good luck with what ever you decide though!
@@chadlondon8428 I haven't made a video on it yet but I just picked up a PS2 kiosk so that is what I'm going to be using for now on
Nice collection !!!
Thank you!
Awesome game room!
Thank you!
Idk why you just own one physical Switch game. Because the rest you have are digital.
I have a few Switch games now. I really try to avoid digital games. I like have the cover art to look at and display on a shelf
Amazing setup! I live in Southern CT & am giving away 2 free Sony Trinitron CRT's to anyone who's interested.
