Alright Mr. Poor man Football champ 😂…fantastic game room tour! Tons and tons of cool stuff man!! Couple highlights for me…you saying your a Sega guy multiple times and the fact you have that launch Altered Beast console is amazing !!! Love seeing all your Genesis games up on top shelf where they belong ! Love your music selection on the tour as well and finishing with Bloodlines music for the climax showing off the cabinet! Well put together tour indeed !!
Thanks for the kind feedback. My throat is a bit sore after singing We Are The Champions all night! Just kidding lol. 😆 man we like what we like and it’s Sega and Atari for me, at least the top of the list. Thanks for watching!
It's cool that your daughter is retro-hip enough to get you a Streets of Rage box art poster.
God, we're getting old!! 😅😅
😂 yes we are! Yeah she is retro savvy and remembers a lot of these games from her childhood. Thanks for watching.
I have seen a lot of these game room tours and yours has to be my favorite thus far, it's humble and cozy.
Thanks for the kind words. That’s the best compliment I could hope for.
Joel, this blows my mind everytime you do a tour! So many nice items. So cool you’ve still your original hewlett packard pc. The 2 highlights are the HUGE JVC and of course the Jaguar shrine 😍
Awesome.
Hope you’re well and happy new year! 👍😊🕹️
Thank you my friend! I appreciate your kind feedback. We have had a great new year and I hope the same for you.
Good lord, Joel! That game room is looking fantastic! You’re getting awfully close to a complete set of Jaguar. It’s always fun to see your game room tours. Gives the rest of us something to aspire to.
Thanks man! As I was going over everything it dawned on me just how many games I have got from you. It’s awesome, I would never have a lot of this without you and the trade group. I appreciate the kind words.
@@ThePoorMansRetroGameRoom 😆 yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Besides the ones you pointed out, as you were scanning the Jaguar boxes I was thinking, “those look familiar.” 😝
@1two3gamerman Absolutely! It’s been a blast trading with you. It’s really taken my collection to the next level.
@@ThePoorMansRetroGameRoom You’ve traded me some absolute bangers as well!!! Gun Nac, the Donkey Kong 64 console box, and much much more. We’ve pulled off some pretty darn high-value trades. Now all you need is a boxed Jaguar CD. Omaha, my friend. Omaha.
@@NotoriousCIB Omaha! I truly believe it will happen one day!
I never get tired of seeing a tour of your gameroom. Glad to see the Jag collection has grown! Everything is well arranged, I like how you have the consoles set up.
Thanks for the kind words and for watching. The collection has benefited greatly from our trade group.
One of the best collections on channels viewd by me on a regular basis. Digging the retro PC area as a contrast to console gaming. The Sega and Atari blood pumps through my veins as well lol.
Thanks for the kind words and for watching over the past couple of years. I really dove into the Retro PC game, so it’s cool to get that feedback. Us Atari fans have to stick together.
Awesome video! Thank you for sharing. And Happy New Year!
Happy New Year my friend!
It's looking more amazing every time I see it. How awesome man!! You're gonna be busting at the seems any day now. Good stuff and a dream space!!
Thanks man! Thanks for all the great trades over the past couple of years. My collection wouldn’t be where it is without you and the RC!
I love this set up! Everywhere you look it’s like nostalgia overload and I’m here for it
Thanks for watching and for the kind words.
Your game room is sweet dude! 🤙🏻 Every corner is packed with goodness and the functionality is what really makes it even sweeter. Great collection of games and even better setup for fun! 🍻
Thanks man! That’s best compliment I can hope for. Thanks for kind words and for watching. Have a great weekend!
A truly inspiration from a fellow gamer in his early 40's!
Thanks for watching and posting.
What an awesome room! You make feel envy!
Thanks for the kind words!
11:05 I see a jungle green funtastic, good choice
You know it! Thanks for watching man!
Awesome, gotta be the most organized room I’ve ever seen. Mines usually a mess. Thank you for sharing! For a second I thought that was a sealed SuperC! Solid collection.
Ha! I wish it was a sealed Super C! Thanks for the kind feedback and for watching. Have a great weekend my friend!
Nice clean and functional setup. Agree, on the small screens for anything from the CRT era makes them look nice.
Thanks for watching!
Very nice! Clean, simple, cozy, and most importantly; not overwhelming!
There is something about a simple clean setup that draws me in.
I actually don’t like huge game rooms filled with tons of toys and Knick knacks all over the place. Some stuff is fine but I hate it when it looks like the inside of a Cracker Barrel or Fridays.
Thanks for watching and thanks for the kind words. I really look at comfort and functional, so glad that came out in the video.
Really cool, you have the same kind of stuff i have and i like that
Thanks for the kind feedback.
Amazing room! That display case at the end is the grand finale of this epic tour.
Thanks my friend! I appreciate you watching and your support!
Great looking tour! This may be the most thorough look we've seen at the entire game room so far. So much improvement made in the retro PC area, I know you have been working hard on that throughout 2023 and it shows. Keep up the great work! I'm curious how often you leave the curtains semi open like they are here versus completely shut to keep the dark/arcade feel going?
Great question! I usually keep them closed but sometimes I need that natural lighting when making a video of this kind. I also try to keep the sunlight off the games and consoles as a rule of thumb. Thanks for the great trades over the years. Your finger prints are on my collection and I wouldn’t be where am at without you and are trade group.
Fantastic setup. Thanks for sharing .
Thanks for watching man!
Dude!! Your game room is awesome!! Wish i had a space for all.my stuff loved the tour thanks bud
Thanks for the positive comments and for watching!
My favorite retro game tours on TH-cam. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for watching and for the kind feedback!
I really like what you did with the neo geo mini. Just a question, did the mayflash natively work with the neo geo mini? Or did you have to use a special firmware or way of getting it to detect it?
It works natively with it. It’s just plug and play. No custom firmware needed. Thanks for watching.
@@ThePoorMansRetroGameRoom Thank you. Now I want to do the same thing as I too found a small TV like yours (strangely enough) for $10. I think that would be like a pseudo arcade set up. Cool!
@@dinnerfor1540 it works quite nicely
Looking sweeeet mate! You've managed to fill all areas to the brim without getting messy. How did you manage that! 😂
While I was watching I noticed that your consoles don't face out from the TV. They are to the side. Never, not even once, have I ever considered that consoles could be arranged to the side of a TV rather than facing out! 😂. Crazy right? Makes perfect sense to the space theyre in too.
😁👍
Yeah I try to make the most out of the space I have. Thanks for watching friend and I appreciate the kind feedback.
Wonderful collection an retro sanctuary HQ buddy thanks for sharing.🕹🖖🏡🍀
Thanks for watching and for the kind feedback.
Great games room as.always buddy. Hope your enjoying the Neo Geo CD it's a great system just the load times on the bigger games like KOF 98 can let it down a little.
Thanks for watching and for the kind words. I’ve been enjoying NeoGeo CD and like you said it depends on the games.
More than "poor man", you should call yourself "mr.rich man", looked how many video games you have, is insane 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Thanks for watching
good collection. i would recommend you upgrade your camera though as even at 1080p i cant even read the games you have because its so blurry. most modern cellphones like the samsung galaxy line have incredibly good cameras on them. it would go a long way in improving the quality of your future videos.
@@Punisher6791 Thanks for the suggestion and I have upgraded my camera. Thanks for watching
can i be the first to say upon entering the gameroom this is where the magic happens awesome tour
Thanks for the kind words and for watching!
dude this is the dream right here. Very nice setup!
Thank you!
The Doom music in the background is the perfect soundtrack for this video. 😂
Thank you! One of the most iconic osts in history. Thanks for watching.
Incredible room,, especially the 32x section
Thanks man! I love my 32x!
Nice setup but I would invest in some Led strip lights on certain areas, I noticed it was dark and couldn't tell what it was on the tour.
Thanks for watching and for the tip.
Cool collection. Love the PC collection. New sub
Thanks! I appreciate the kind words and the support.
I’ve been subbed to your channel for a while now. I really enjoy your content.
@@ThePoorMansRetroGameRoom thank you also for the support
Am really enjoying your gaming channel hello from New Zealand
Awesome to hear from you! Thanks for the kind words.
Amazing setup and collection 🤩
Thank you!
Tyler Esposito from My Retro Life has been a Sega guy since he first got his Genesis.
Thanks for watching
Amazing collection very good to see it all 👍
Thanks for the kind words!
I dont see anything poor at all with your gameroom. Looks incredible
Thank you!
damn looks like a safe haven for gamers!
Indeed it is. Thanks for watching and for the comments.
Nice retro setup!
Thank you for feedback and for watching!
Are you not concerned about label and box fading with the light in that cabinet?
I’m really not because it’s not on very often. Only when recording a tour or if someone is over and I’m showing them.thanks for watching
@@ThePoorMansRetroGameRoom makes sense, was just curious
@@crackity_j it was a good question
Looks cozy 😊
Thanks for watching!
Jaguar is getting very expensive. its neogeo AES level for the console...
I only collect SNES and Neogeo games I play. so my collection is not that big.
we can see you are not a hoarder but you actually collect games meaning something to you. very comfy collection you have there.
Thanks for watching and for the kind words!
Looking great man
Thanks man!
fantastic 🥇🥇🥇
Thank you!
N64 emulation on the Wii is a lot better these days by the way in case you weren't aware (I only became aware of this recently)
I wasn’t aware of that. Thanks for watching and for the comment.
No problem, awesome game room too!
very nice like 347
Thanks!
So poor
