Welcome to A-frame life and bubble window leaks. After dealing with small leaks I finally figured out the best fix. Two inch rv tape around the entire window completely ended the issue. It’s sold in 50 ft rolls on Amazon. Great for skylights too. Love camping in my A-frame in the snow. Hot chocolate with marshmallows all the .
Wow, this is so helpful! THANK YOU!!! I'm ordering this right now, lol. I am so over the blue tarp method! The camper is so cool! It's a nice change from the rooftop tent. I think I am going to get some hot cocoa now!
Been enjoying your channel! You may already know this, but, the best piece of advice I EVER got for backing up a trailer is to turn the bottom of the steering wheel the direction you want the trailer to go, makes it so simple!! ✌️🇺🇸
I have a grandma quilt, too. Love that thing. It's well worn at this point, but still one of my favorites in winter. Favorite cold weather go to = green chili. Not super spicy, but with enough heat to warm you up. Yum.
My cold weather comfort food is a Zatarain’s Red Beans and Rice with a package of Johnsonville Andouille Sausages sliced up in it or 3 alarm chili and a peanut sandwich to dunk in it.
That was a ton of snow!! Especially during that storm!! But this pups sure looked cozy up there on the freshly made bed. 😊great video!! Im still gonna steal Pike from ya just sayin lol
Thanks for the video Nat that is funny those ddogs getting on the bed so fast hahahaha reminds me of when I had 3 too. I really enjoy yopur videos. My comfort food is speggetti or Lasagna some times just a bowl of chow main noodles ;-)
Super good idea about the GPS coordinates and the patreon 😊. It's always amazing when you find areas similar to the Midwest 😊. Come on now I wanted to see you get in that bed with three dogs. 😂
Haha, I should have filmed the dogs in the bed! I do have tons of videos of my 3 dogs in a rooftop tent, though. Those are in my 4Runner Overlanding series 🤣
The Mr. Buddy heater folks say in their manual that you only need 4 square inches of ventilation to safely run their heaters. I saw you open your big window all the way, so I might suggest you only need to open it about an inch (12x 1= 12 Sq. inches). I do this on my Casita when I don't have 110v to run my little space heater. I cheat a little and open another window by my head about 1/2" for cross ventilation. This keeps the bulk of the heat in and minimizes cold spots (it is good in rain/ slush/ snow to keep the camper from getting wet). I quit making the bed fully some time ago and only tuck in the sheet that is underneath me, all the other covers just lie on top loosely. I haven't camped in the snow for a while except overnight when traveling but have found that having a Clam enclosure gives me a stand up room that with side panels on will give me a dry outdoor space for sitting/ cooking, etc. and get me out of the trailer some of the time. 3 dogs at a time ! Wow!
Donya is a subscriber who reached out about meeting up. We instantly became friends and she likes to spend parts of the year with me on the road. She doesn't have a TH-cam but she has an Instagram. @Priya_mybelovedchocolate
I'm a SD resident as well but I registered my Tundra and cargo trailer conversion in Arizona for several reasons. 1. I can register my truck for five years instead of renewing every year. 2. My trailer has permanent plates. 3. I spend the majority of my time in Arizona so it's just easier.
Thank you, I love your videos. I find them entertaining, informative yet very peaceful to the soul. Please keep up your awesome work.
Thank you so much for saying this!
I think you have your best set up yet Nat.
It is pretty awesome so far. I wish it was more off road friendly but we are making it work lol

Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my comment.
Gorgeous videos of the snow. You always make me smile when you wear flip flops in the snow.
Haha I think I'm now known for my flip flops 🤣

Winter comfort food for us is grilled cheese sammys and tomato soup (made with milk, not water, the way God intended!).
Oh that's a perfect winter meal!

I like the new trailer ... there are so many options ... i am looking at teardrops and other options and really like the hard sided a frame.
There really are. It was hard to pick this one but I'm glad I did.
You have a gsrden, I didn't notice that. 👍👏🥰
The dang unexpected frost has ruined some of it, but my strawberries are still going lol
Very cool
Three dogs? Good!
Wow!
I think i may have missed that storm moving up to Kaibab out of the Flagstaff area a few weeks ago.

Hey that's an awesome journey. I parked my trailer for a few days and completely forgot what to do, so I can relate! Haha
Why did you get a SD license plate?
Because I'm a South Dakota resident. 😊
@@NatMoran Gotcha, I'm a Minnesota Resident, I've been to the Black Hills many times, it's awesome!
