@4:03... sir actually told a very imp thing about..how your growth hormone is really high after workout .and drinking things like juice or having simple carbs after workout can hinder it...so protein is of highest requirement at that point....I suppose George farah also told the same thing at some point...in a video...so..that's a great piece of advice
