You shouldn’t be putting your car seat in the car until you’re on your way to give birth.
Put in the base and know how to install the car seat but if you get in an accident you have to buy a new car seat.

Great point! And the base is exactly what I meant. Thanks for pointing that out :)

Very useful plan checklist. Really helps to break it down rather than just panic at the last minute!

Super helpful! I'm 34 weeks watching a ton of these and still freaking out. One thing about the tens machine though, it can be used for menstrual cramps later. I used to have one that I liked quite a bit with just one small area covered but I'm getting a new one with several sticky pads for multiple points (only $26-something USD with good reviews) that I'm hoping will help for both!

That’s a really great idea to use for menstrual cramps! I’m suffering with pain again during periods after having children and I know a tens would be amazing relief! Thanks so much for watching x

Thanks for your check list, it seems we may pay too much attention on delivery and we are not prepared enough for the recovery. So thank you for your tips.
I love that you mentioned about the postpartum vaginal spray! It will certainly be helpful to someone and yes we need to talk about these thing. Thank you super mamma xxxa

Thank you so much for watching 😃 yes exactly. Recovery was a big shock for me the first time round and no one can prepare you for that. Need to make sure we take good care of ourselves and not be worrying about things after. X
