Hi Aaron, between this and your mediation in Letting Go, my life is already on a new path.
2 weeks ago I had in hospital with alcohol poisoning after a relapse and about to divorce, now I am learning to be strong in my power and magnetic. I’m balanced, my wife even said centred, and now am on my way to being the real me.

Synchronicity is alive and well! I just started earlier today to meditate on confidence as one of my most important values to transform my life and shift out of childhood patterns and then I found your confidence meditation which I did for the first time tonight!! Energy seems to be getting lighter as we get closer to the April 8th solar eclipse. I've noticed it since yesterday, two days before the event. I have a good feeling about tomorrow's confidence meditation. ❤

Thank you, Aaron, for the guidance you provide to us all. That was a great meditation. I appreciate you. I'm working through some stuff and getting stuck. I've had an unbearable headache for three days and was apprehensive about starting this today, but I didn't want to miss out on the energy of live, tribe, and eclipse. This meditation was different for me. I was in and out of consciousness and have some blank spots, but I guess what I don't have any more, a headache. Gone. And I'm light as a feather. Wild. Super cool. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 20 more days to go. Can't wait to see what happens. ❤

I got so relaxed during this that I almost fell asleep a couple of times. It was very relaxing especially towards the end, that's when I almost fell asleep. Love you Aaron. Thank you so much for this meditation that helped me raise my vibe and remember who I really am. I feel a shift after practicing and got the message from higher self that its our birthright to shine. It reminded me how much I grew with the 21 day confidence challenge last year but had recently been falling into old limiting beliefs. This came at the perfect.time.🙏🙌
Felt a noticeable sense of stillness around my heart. Felt inside it.
I cannot thank you and the divine for this journey. I cried tears for the first half and then when confronting my higher self, I could feel a shift in confidence that I have not felt in meditations by myself. Aaron, I do feel changed. I sobbed tears of pure love and joy when I reopened my eyes. I will continue this for the next 21 days and beyond. You voice. Angelic ♥️

I love it!!! This is absolute proof! Well, I’ve known for a while only because every single solitary group mass meditation that I have been in on, on TH-cam has coincidentally been taken down shut down, off-line whatever the case of me is always canceled and I wonder why that is? Can anybody help me figure out what’s going on? Why can’t we have a mass medication ever to schedule on TH-cam? I don’t know it works guys you guys this is so beautiful work. We need to do this more. We need to do it as much as possible. I think it kind of works. We can change the world. Love you all. Stay strong meditating. This is great. I have listened to some of your other videos the last few months and I just started this tonight and I have tried many different types of meditation but this was different it literally brought me to tears of joy and sadness I have been struggling for over two years with life and sobriety and depression tonight was the first time in a long time I felt happy with myself I can't wait to continue the next twenty nights thank you for this
I have been using this meditation to tap into myself whenever I am feeling stressed or alone. And it is amazing what comes up when I look at the old me and the new confident me whom I lost quite a while ago. Thank you Aaron for helping me find me again after so much abuse. Love and light
