    Just wanted to say how nice it is to see an actual pro give these tips, rather than someone that can hardly ss songs on e+ that doesn’t even have their game modded that would give bad tips like “swing harder.”

    I often play modded songs with friends in a voice call and in fast Songs i absolutely smoke them but in slow Slsongs i keep losing since i oftenonly get like 107 points and don't have the accuracy for the rest. I hope thanks to this video I'll be able to beat them there too

    This is a fantastic video that really gets into the small things about accuracy, but I feel like the method of improving acc is kind of left out. For me, my acc was terrible up until I started to play accuracy maps. I played those until I could 96 them, then I went to slightly harder maps until I could 96 them and etc. That's just my way of how I improved my acc, and it might not be the same for everyone. These things are very important with acc, but the fundamentals of swinging and playing are arguably more important.

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks :) and yea lots of people kind of find their own way to train and usually playing acc maps is the best for learning acc lol. Speed maps are quite different though as without technique most of ur acc in slow maps will not transfer to fast ones.

    A difficult part about accuracy for me is bottom row up hit notes, I don’t understand how to hit them over 100, maybe cause of height or grip but the height would make me reach to high which effects my stamina too much

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The way to acc those is by swinging diagonally through the center of the note. I would recommend watching the time dependency video In the description if u want to go more indepth.

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Peter-fq4ur If you swing straight on, then it doesn't matter if you hit the block close or far to you as you will get the same amount of points.
      If you swing on an angle you have to wait until you saber is in the right position to get full points as depending on when you hit the note your saber will slice a different part of the note.

    • @Peter-fq4ur
      @Peter-fq4ur ปีที่แล้ว

      @@shani1328 thanks I see - so what is your recommendation on such time dependency situation?
      Is it a general recommendation to make as many non time dependent cuts so that the accuracy would be boosted ( hence a higher score)?
      In my experience, some note combo, especially in expert+ lvl, doesn’t allow you the time to position your arms to the perfect non time dependent position. Is that a issue for you as well?

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Peter-fq4ur yea usually you just try to get swings that are as least dependant on timing as possible though of course the harder the map the harder it will be to do, to be honest it doesnt matter to much but it does help with consistency when you try playing acc maps.

    Hi! I’m wondering how to hit those notes that are crammed together, like one after the other. They’re on maps like immortal (expert), country rounds (expert), and I think ghost (hard) even. Anyways, I struggle with them because they’re so fast that I can’t hit it in the right direction if it makes sense? Do you know a way to hit them without missing much?

    Seeing most of the pro gameplays on youtube, i have to ask: Will the endgame just mess up my wrists? I'd rather move my whole arm and not just rotate and flinch my wrists around.

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ima be completely real here, If you play like 2+ hours a day and overswing a lot and you play faster Maps, you will probably have some wrist pain after a few months. There are ways to mitigate this, though, like stretching, strengthening your forearm muscles, etc. Not overswing is what helped me the most since I used to swing way more than I needed to.
      If you play casually like once a week for an hour playing random maps for fun, I doubt you'd ever get any wrist pain.

    is it better to have your saber settings closer or further away from you? Further away makes it so you can reach further, and the closer makes you have less wiggle.

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      your saber settings should ideally have the bottom of the saber handle where the pivot point is. You can then decide to either swing early to reach further or swing later for less wiggle.

    I have trouble with hitting all of the links in a slider, and also those really wide double/triple block notes (gaps between the blocks.) I can't tell if I should just be following through faster or (for sliders) slower. Any tips? I've come a long way but these continue to trip me up.

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The double and triple notes are called stacks, you should swing at the same speed but with a larger degree swing. If I'm being honest the links on the new sliders are actually quite hard to read as I kinda had the same issue to start off. Mainly I just swing them faster than normal for that song speed.

      imaging a 3D cube, when you hit the note it draws a line through the cube. depending on how close that line is to the center of the cube it is, the more points youll get. so if the line is almost right though the center then you might get 114 total points, 70 preswing, 30 post swing, 14 bonus (accuracy).

      @@2gen_alharic well tbh to you dont need to change Z offset to hilt though for good controller settings you want the bottom of the controller to be the point of rotation. Hilting is just basically hitting the note slightly later so its closer to the hilt of the saber so you dont need to worry about saber wobble.
